“I needed to change my request at the last minute. I emailed support and mattress disposal was able to carry away more than I originally requested. The driver also texted me updates. Very transparent and communicative service.”

“Although the girl driving the truck was very polite, I expected a more professional looking crew with a professional moving van...not a beat-up truck hauling a trailer with mattresses piled high, not only on the trailer, but on top of the truck.”
