“Thanks for taking the mattress off my hands. My hope it would be reused or recycled but the team who picked it up couldnt say for sure. Driver smelled of cigarette smoke and they were about 20 minutes later than theirs warning call indicated but they were polite and careful during removal.”

“Was easy to schedule. Many confirmation notices; issued a paid and pick receipt timely. Only thing is driver told me he would be there by 6:00 and didn’t come until 8:00. Pick up window was 4-8pm, just wish he would have said he would call when on his way.”

“Good service. Was a bit of confusion on time that the truck was arriving, I had to drag my mattress components up and down stairs twice because of it, but it was mostly only a problem because I live in an apartment and couldn't leave the stuff on the lawn. Overall very satisfied, worth the money for sure.”
