“This an excellent, customer service-centric company. The guys who picked up my mattress were extremely courteous and the customer service agents were even able to accommodate a schedule change for me. I will 100% recommend this service to everyone.”

“Mr. Collins called the night before and went over a couple details and he arrived the next morning, within his window, to remove the mattress. He and his helper were careful and aware so the job went well.”

“Wonderful experience with Mattress Disposal Plus! 2 young gentleman arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They worked quickly and had all my requested items moved out in a very short period of time. As soon as I convince my husband to allow me to redecorate our whole apartment (don't hold your breath) -- I'll be contacting these folks again for their help. Again, wonderful service/experience - thanks again!”

“Unfortunately our pickup was very late. However once they arrived they were very professional and polite. Overall I would recommend this service.....just be careful if you have a tight schedule”

“The service was good and the employee was very friendly and nice. I just thought it was irresponsible of the employer to send one individual to pick up furniture that clearly needed to be handled by 2 people. I paid to have the furniture removed, not to assist in carrying it out because the employee couldn’t do it himself. I paid for this service because I have a bad back, but couldn’t let the employee do this alone. The employer really needs to be more considerate of their employees and realize that they are expecting customers to help move things they are paying good money to have removed.”
