“I was given a 4 hour time window and no one showed up. I then call the customer service number and I’m told windows are not guaranteed (buried in deep fine print) and I can reschedule - after I already waiting for 4 hours. I said I would like to cancel and they told me I had to pay a 50% cancellation fee. This company is absurd and a ripoff. I will never again use them for anything.”

“Easy way to get rid of large bulky items. I used to haul to junkyard but this was much more convenient. Definately worth the few extra dollars than the time it takes to diy”

“I selected pick up between 8am-12pm as I didn't want furniture sitting by my curb all day on the busy street I live on. At 1:00pm I called as we hadn't had the pickup. The disbatcher said the driver had a delay but we were next on the list. Fast forward two more calls and 3 more hours, a driver in an unmarked pickup truck came by himself at 4:30pm. Unloaded what looked like personal belongings out of the bed of the truck and then loaded up our stuff. When I contacted customer service, they credited me $5 - explaining that the all day pickup option gave a $5 discount. Pretty sure the all day option isn't what I chose, for a reason. Pretty disappointing for $115 after the credit...I tried to give them an opportunity to make it right and they failed.”

“Four friendly workers came into my house and emptied out 10 pieces of furniture. One couch was in a bedroom upstairs and they had issues getting it out the door. But they persisted. We worked together and decided to “soften up” the top of the couch in order to finesse the couch out the door and down the stairs. Shout out to the team for hanging in there and finishing the job. I definitely got my money’s worth!”

“the apointment was made and kept. the foreman called ahead to confirm the pick-up time. most impotantly...the mattress and box spring will be recycled and not put in a land fill.”
