We are so glad we were able to get this picked up for you in a time frame that you were happy with. We base our pricing on local recycling/disposal fees, and try to offer competitive pricing. We usually charge around 20%-30% less than our competitors. “I had 3 pieces to be picked up whole thing was done in maybe 10 minutes max. It was super easy to set up also. The whole thing went as smoothly as possible (which is great since moving is already pretty chaotic). I’d use this service again!”

“The pick up was so easy! The three gentlemen that came to get the mattress each introduced themselves and shook my hand. They were very nice and the whole pick up took only minutes.”

“I scheduled the removal of a couch and California king mattress. The removal "team" consisted of only one person, which meant I had to help move both the couch and the mattress. That was unexpected. Once we got the couch on the elevator, the team member didn't get on the elevator. That left me to get the couch out by myself. I asked the team member if he has something to tie the mattress because we live in a historic building. We needed to ensure that the mattress didn't break the light fixtures in the elevator. He initially assured me he had something to tie the mattress. However, when we got the mattress to the elevator, he tried to jam it in. I had to step in. At that point, he told me he didn't have any rope. We ended up moving the mattress down through the stairway (and again, I had to help.) All in all, it felt a little odd to pay for a service that required me to do the moving.”

“Unfortunately, this "insured" company does not cover any damages to your property or possessions, even if the damage results from negligence of their workers. Furthermore, the company states that any coverage to any damages must be worked out individually between the customer and the individual worker who committed the damages, completely outside of Mattress Disposal Plus. When my hardwood floors were damaged due to the workers dragging them instead of lifting, I did not receive any financial refund. Instead, the company suggested that I "work out" a deal with the worker who had damaged my floors. Additionally, the worker who damaged my floors was quite unprofessional and had no knowledge regarding his company's policy to damages on the job. If you must use this company, spare yourself any drama and have curbside pickup.”

“It's great to have such a service but for the cost they should have the driver come with a helper to collect things like a king size mattress as the owner shouldn't have to help when paying this much to have it removed.”

We do require our drivers have helpers with them and we do not expect the customers to do any of the work at all. I want you to know that we are no longer using the driver that completed your pickup.
