“This was the easiest most eco friendly process. Communication with the company was great throughout. Overall I was incredibly impressed! I would recommend MDP to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat!”

“Unfortunately, this "insured" company does not cover any damages to your property or possessions, even if the damage results from negligence of their workers. Furthermore, the company states that any coverage to any damages must be worked out individually between the customer and the individual worker who committed the damages, completely outside of Mattress Disposal Plus. When my hardwood floors were damaged due to the workers dragging them instead of lifting, I did not receive any financial refund. Instead, the company suggested that I "work out" a deal with the worker who had damaged my floors. Additionally, the worker who damaged my floors was quite unprofessional and had no knowledge regarding his company's policy to damages on the job. If you must use this company, spare yourself any drama and have curbside pickup.”

“It's great to have such a service but for the cost they should have the driver come with a helper to collect things like a king size mattress as the owner shouldn't have to help when paying this much to have it removed.”

We do require our drivers have helpers with them and we do not expect the customers to do any of the work at all. I want you to know that we are no longer using the driver that completed your pickup. It is our goal to offer quick and easy removal with excellent customer service to our customers. I can see we really missed the mark on this one. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. Our pricing is based on individual item count, meaning a mattress and box springs is actually counted as 2 items. “The entire process, from scheduling online, to the final pickup (the following day!) was seamless. I still can't really believe how easy they made it. On the day that I scheduled, I received a confirmation call by the person who would be picking up my items, confirming the time. He showed up on time and I didn't have to lift a finger. He was professional, pleasant, and quick! I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service and customer service I received from this company - and I know they strive on customer satisfaction and they do well at it! I will not hesitate to use them again in the future!!!”

“The two-person crew called to alert me they were on the way. They arrived just a few minutes past their 8 am - 12 noon window, picked up the mattress and box springs, and went on their way. The agreed-upon charge was made to my credit card.”

“The team from Mattress Disposal made the hassle of getting ride of the old mattress so easy. The called ahead just as they said they would, I told the team it was staged in my garage and the door was open. The team had the mattress loaded before I go to the garage. No muss no fuss. I will be using Mattress Disposal in the future.”

“We needed to get rid of an old full sized mattress and our condo building wanted to charge us $200 for garbage pickup. I set up a pickup for the next day and MD called to confirm that they would take both the mattress and springs for $95! We met them at the back of the building at the set time, but I understand they will come up for an additional fee. It was quick and easy and we saved $100! Thanks so much”
