“It was all good. I gave four stars because I had an appointment from 5-8 but got a call at 7:30 am the day of asking if I could drag the mattress outside and they pick it up sooner.”

“Very, very, very disorganised. I was never given an order number, which was asked of me every time I called to check on the status of my order. And I had to call many times as my order could not be found. Then the wrong tryck was sent and was too small to pick up my 5 mattresses (mistake in the dispatching). Then the truck showed up late...but eventually diid. Despite this, the staff on the phone stayed very pleasant and helpful, and pick-ip men were very efficient and diligent.”

“The young men who picked up the mattress were prompt and courteous. They did not, however, have on record that I had 4 pieces of a bed to pick up, only one. As I had called to confirm several times, and received an email stating I was charged for 4 pieces, this caused some concern.”

“Yes, Please... Thank you for your service the team came in , they were efficient and fast. I like the way they handled my request...Brandon sent me a text in the morning and making sure of the items that needed to be removed. I sent him the picture of the items to facilitate the removal and it was helpful. He knew what to expect and he brought the correct tools. I had a metal bedframe that needed to be disassembled and I was concerned not being able to describe what was needed so I sent him pictures of the bedframe, sofa, and bed cart. Everything was great from the time I phoned the office to schedule the pick up....the young lady, the company representative was very patient with me. I was very stressed I was moving and things get a bit frazzled. But all went Well! If I need the service I will use the company again. Thank You!!”

“The pickup was quick, they called 20 minutes before they arrived and I liked that we could pay online before the pickup. The only thing that would make it better, is less than a 4 hour window for pickup time. Thanks!”
