“I loved this service! It was a reasonable price, and I got my mattress and box spring picked up from my garage. The driver called 30 minutes prior and once they were there it was a 5 minute pickup, a signature, and they were gone! Very fast, easy, and eliminated tons of stress!”

“The pickup guys were very nice and polite, but the logistics management was not good. I had very clearly specified in the comments while booking the pickup that my building does not allow pickups before 9 am. However the delivery guys showed up at 7:30 am. It caused a lot of stress as I had to coordinate between the building and pickup guys at a very busy time in the morning. On top of that when I tried calling you guys, the number went on voicemail. It caused a lot of stress for me and my family. After that when we finally started the pickup at 9:00 am I found out that the certificate of insurance had not been sent to my building. I had very clearly specified in the instructions that the building requires it. Also I could never reach anyone on phone to try and confirm if they had sent the certificate or not. I had to plead my building staff to allow the pickup. Overall the experience left me with a very sour feeling and I hope you will address these issues in future.”

“Your staff was very professional. They called to let me know they were a half hour away. I asked them to call back when they were about five minutes away, so I could put my cats into the other room. They did. They were also respectful of the furniture and with their wet shoes. If we need any furniture removal in the future, you will be calledí ?í¸¬”

“When I first called I scheduled an appointment for pick up of an old mattress on Thursday between 4 and 8 pm. I get a confirmation phone call saying they will be there between 9 am and 1 pm. Since this wasn't going to work (that's why I scheduled the time I did) we had to reschedule for another day. That time was 1130-3:30. They needed up coming at 10:15. So, I feel as a customer, when I wanted the pickup didn't matter, the guys will come here when they want to, that's my complaint. However I will say the two men that came to take away our old mattress were professional and efficient.”
