“The pick up was scheduled for 9/10 between 8am-12pm. I did receive call that the pick up time was delayed. Called Mattress Disposal at 12:30pm to find out what happened, the items were picked up at 1:30pm. Would be helpful if clients were notified about any delays.”

“Signed up for a morning pick-up (8-12) and the drive never showed up. I received several calls from management apologizing and helped set me up for a rescheduled pick up but I would have liked to have it done the first time. Other than that this service was easily to set up and management was very nice.”

“The times for pick up were changed 3 times. The people picking up were late. It was not a pleasant experience and I would not use this service again. The reason I at least gave 3 stars is because the mattress was finally moved.”

“I loved this service! It was a reasonable price, and I got my mattress and box spring picked up from my garage. The driver called 30 minutes prior and once they were there it was a 5 minute pickup, a signature, and they were gone! Very fast, easy, and eliminated tons of stress!”

“The pickup guys were very nice and polite, but the logistics management was not good. I had very clearly specified in the comments while booking the pickup that my building does not allow pickups before 9 am. However the delivery guys showed up at 7:30 am. It caused a lot of stress as I had to coordinate between the building and pickup guys at a very busy time in the morning. On top of that when I tried calling you guys, the number went on voicemail. It caused a lot of stress for me and my family. After that when we finally started the pickup at 9:00 am I found out that the certificate of insurance had not been sent to my building. I had very clearly specified in the instructions that the building requires it. Also I could never reach anyone on phone to try and confirm if they had sent the certificate or not. I had to plead my building staff to allow the pickup. Overall the experience left me with a very sour feeling and I hope you will address these issues in future.”
