“The gentlemen who picked up my mattress as well as the dispatcher who called ahead to let me know they were on their way were all professional and courteous. It is so great to have a means of disposing of a mattress other than simply putting it out with the trash. My hope is that my old mattress will be deemed worthy of donation but if it is not, I'm glad to know it will be recycled rather than dumped in some landfill. Yours is a necessary and much appreciated service. I wish you much success! P.S. I was also THRILLED that your service was available on Saturday! Thank you!! í ?í¸Š”

“Thank you for the excellent prompt service. You representatives both on the phone and at time of pick up were so kind d and courteous. We had a small snafu in that when the robo caller from XPo called, the recording was listing another address so we thought it was a wrong number. Also, out appointment window was from 4-8pm and the collection personnel arrived at 9am. However they were very kind and waited a few minutes for us to bring the mattress out. They were patient and provided us will excellent service. I would highly recommend Mattress Disposal Plus to anyone in need of having a mattress disposed of. Thank you.”

“Local contractor showed up late despite a wide 4 hour window. I had to call mattress disposal twice and they couldn't help me because it's the local contractor's fault. They couldn't give me contact information of the contractor. They did the job after over 5 hours of wait...”

“I was honestly a little nervous about booking the service because the good reviews seemed too good to be true, but I am super satisfied and they were totally accurate. The guys called ahead and showed up on time. Both of them were so friendly that I walked away in a better mood. Great experience all around. Thank you!”

“I am giving 3 stars as a courtesy to the service being provided. At the end of the day, it's nice to know that the mattress isn't going into the landfill. However, there could be serious improvement in the customer service department. It took three scheduled appointments for the mattress to be removed. The first appointment never should have been missed. We were given a 4 hour window for the arrival of the pick up crew. As it was a week day I could only be present for the specified window which started at 4pm. The crew arrived 15 minutes early and phoned me, I explained that I would be there at 4pm as requested as I had to leave work early to be there and was on my way. Well, the crew left before I got home which is absolutely ridiculous. They had arrived and left before the scheduled appointment. Naturally, I called and requested that they return as the crew couldn't have gotten very far from my home. They denied my request to return and rescheduled for the following day during a 3 hour window. I could not leave work early two days in a row so I asked my brother in law to be present during the specified time and to show up "a bit early". This time, the crew never showed up and did not call to inform us that they wouldn't make it. At this point I normally would have demanded a refund and hired a different service. However, all other services in the area would take the mattress to the landfill. So, after a brief conversation where plenty of apologies were given but no partial reimbursement despite my appeal of frustration, a third appointment was scheduled and the mattress was retrieved. In the end, I hope that people DO use this service as our landfills are plenty full by virtue of there existence. My only hope is that the scheduled retrieval time previously agreed to is honored by both parties.”

“Very easy to schedule, the driver called before arriving and showed up 30 minutes early just as he said he would. I would recommend your service to anyone who needs to have a mattress taken away.”

“Service was great -- the people who picked up my mattress called ahead of time and were very friendly, and they were able to navigate my complicated apartment complex on their own. The only issue was that I had scheduled a week in advance for a noon to 4pm pickup window, but I got a voicemail the day before to tell me that the window moved to 4 to 8, a time when I wasn't going to be home. That ended up being okay because I was able to just leave the mattress outside the apartment, but it was a little concerning to have the window changed the day before without asking, and I had to call and wait on hold for quite a while to figure out what happened and how to resolve the issue. Everything else was great though, so thank you!”

“Pick up time was not what was originally scheduled. Had a 8-12 pick up scheduled and received confirmation e-mail. On day of pick up called around 11:40 after had not received a call for pick up and was told I would receive a call from local contractor. Local contractor called pack promptly and informed me that pick up had been scheduled from 1-4:30 and not from 8-12 as I had requested and as e-mail had confirmed. Otherwise, was happy with pick-up & customer service.”
