“They were the cheapest company I found in the Chicago area. The gentlemen that came to remove the couch were extremely nice and efficient!”

“The guys did remove the couch and mattress, but didn't seem concerned with being careful. We were left with a large chip out of the wooden back stairs and the top part of the outside door frame knocked off. They didn't say anything about either.”

“I am not happy with the service. Have a lot of concerns: 1. I was given a time slot of 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. . But the truck never made up on time and did not bother to update the customer that the schedule is getting delayed. I had to call the customer care number to track the order. The truck came home only by 12:50 pm. (If the trucks are not following the timeslots, then the point of appointment slot makes no sense). 2. The people that came to pick the mattress were not professional at all; rather they were just young kids, with very less professionalism. The driver was driving the truck right inside my car garage and was almost about to break my garage door. Why would a truck be attempted to be parked inside a car garage? I had to shout out loud to the driver to STOP. Never expected this from the pickup team.”

I have issued a partial refund to your account for your experience and would like to encourage you to give us another try in the future. We can do better! “Sign-up online was super easy. The price was the lowest I was able to find after calling at least 4 other places. The pick-up was on time, courteous, and hassle-free. This was a great experience.”

“Great experience. Easy to book. Fee was fair for items removed. Received call prior to their arrival which was nice. Friendly staff removed items. Will definitely use again if needed. Thank you.”

“If you can't make a pick up in a 4 hour pickup window than what good are you. I wasted my whole morning and the movers arrived 15 minutes after the window expired. Not worth the 90 bucks.”

“The scheduling, payment and actual pickup and removal of my items went very well. My only problem was that I had the morning 8-12am window and the pickup did not occur until after 1pm, so I was waiting the entire time. The did call me about 11am to tell me they were going to be late. Other than that inconvenience, it was all worth it and I would recommend it.”
