“The removal part from the home was great but seemed to be a bit of miscommunication between the movers and dispatch. We called to reschedule and were told it was moved, but then the movers showed up at their original time anyway - luckily someone was home. Also, that original time was not the time we had chosen. Again, all in all everything was fine.”

“People picking up the mattress were early by an hour and told me that if I needed to have it picked up in the 4 -8pm window I selected I would have to reschedule. Other than this factor everything was very easy.”

“This was an easy service to use. Workers came on time and were very polite. I would recommend this company to everyone. O did call the 1800 Junk number first. They were very secretive about the cost and said that would be discussed with me when their truck arrived. When I pressed them, then said they would reduce the fee to $120 plus tax.”

“I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Mattress Disposal+. Their movers were very pleasant and hard working. They removed my old Cal King mattress from an upstairs bedroom under some very difficult logistics problems successfully and without any damage to my home which was a distinct possibility due to the folded stairway and tight working conditions they encountered.”

“This past week I had your team pick up a queen mattress and box springs. The two men who arrived were professional , pleasant and extremely quick. It is a great service available , living in a city it would be unbelievably difficult to dispose of these items. Thanks”

“HI, the only suggestion I would have is that you communicate with your customer a little better. I had a scheduled pickup between 8-12, and never had a phone call, email, or text with any update, until they knocked on my door at 1pm. Something saying you are running late would have been nice.”

“You need to be clearer about timeframes--when I signed up online, it said the pick up would be between 4-8 PM, so I was shocked when I got a call at 11:30 AM that the team was on their way to pick up our mattress. Please improve this aspect of your service.”
