“My pickup was very late (10:00 PM when it was scheduled for between 4:00 and 8:00 PM). That wasn't a big deal by itself, but I wish I had been kept in the loop about the delay a lot better. I called at about 8:00 PM and was called back by dispatch about 20 minutes later, and was informed that the pickup would be in 20 minutes. After an hour passed, I called again, and this time the driver called back and said 20 minutes again (and this time, he was right). I would have been totally fine with it if I had been emailed or called about the delays -- it shouldn't have been something I needed to call about, especially not more than once.”

“I am very pleased with the service of this company! We were under a dead line to be gone and even though their truck had a break down they some how got someone out to take our items. “Used service to request mattress pickup. Online process was simple to complete, and price was comparable to trash hauler. Was able to book pickup within 4 days and within time frame that worked with my schedule. Received courtesy phone call that morning regarding progress of pickup. Pickup truck arrived on time. Both employees were friendly and considerate. Mattress pickup took no more than 5 minutes. Overall, I would highly recommend and re-use this service again: no hassle whatsoever from start to finish, no hidden fees and low priced, and quick and friendly service.”

“Though my mattress was not picked up on the day it was scheduled, I am pleased with the outcome. My concerns were addressed right away and the mattress was picked up the next day. My only suggestion is that communication be kept open when a delay may occur. Regardless I will def use again. Thanks!”

“The book online process was super easy and I received confirmation right away. I booked on a Sunday afternoon and was able to schedule for the next day. I realized I had made a typo on the house number and emailed the correction (it was Sunday and the phone lines were closed) and then followed up with a phone call the next morning. Great interaction and was assured that the correction would be made with the pickup crew. Here's where it got complicated. Monday afternoon I had a message that the drivers were at my home and would wait 15 minutes. I called back immediately to say the mattress and box spring were outside literally 5 feet from the front door and could be taken. I called at 5:30 when I realized they had not yet been removed and was told i'd get a call back shortly. No call back. I called again Tuesday morning and explained that the mattresses had not been picked up - the woman on the phone took my info and then called back in a few minutes to say I was back on the schedule. I again confirmed the address. A few hours later I got a call from the truck crew. They said they were at my house but didn't see the mattress and box spring. Turns out they were at the first, incorrect house number. After confirming the correct house number they made a successful pickup. Turned out to be more of a hassle than I would have expected but in the end glad to have the mattress and box spring gone!”

“Loved the online booking process and the people who took my mattress were efficient and professional. Unfortunately, they arrived two hours AFTER my scheduled appointment window. I understand that things happen - schedules get messed up and drivers cancel. All you had to do was call me and tell me that you were going to be late and this would have been a five star review.”

“This is a fantastic service and I'm happy that someone is helping to keep mattresses and such out of our landfills. The website is well-designed, informative and easy to navigate. The people at the customer service number were friendly and helpful. The delivery personnel, however, showed up 1 1/2 hours after the 4 hour time window given and were rude at best when they did show up. The scheduled window was 8am - 12 pm. At 1pm, I called to inquire as to whether they were in fact coming. They then showed up at 1:30pm looking and acting exceedingly put out. I'm not sure if my having called got them an ear full or if that's just how they are, but they were rude and unfriendly despite the fact that I was not upset, that I made no mention of their lateness and was being quite courteous with them. The two took the furniture away curtly, had me sign that they had not damaged the home in any way and then left tearing out of my gravel driveway overly fast. Overall, the service is still a needed and wanted service and the job did get done. I will still be recommending the service to others. And who knows... maybe the two fellows I encountered were just having a bad day. We've certainly all been there.”
