“had salvation army come to pick up stuff and they took my mattress free of charge. I immidiately called to cancel but had missed the 24 hour window by two hours. So, I paid 45 for mattressdisposalplus to do absolutely nothing.”

“These folks contract with local people. As I found out they don't communicate with the locals. My appointment was for a 4 hour window with the understanding someone would call 30 min prior saying they were in the way. 3 hour 45 min mark I call. "Sure. Let me get the driver on the phone and I'll call you back." The return call never came. I called again. Put on hold. Bottom line - they arrived 45 min late requiring me to rearrange a very tight moving schedule. RUN FROM THIS WEBSITE”

“Getting rid of a mattress is a pain. Not just the heavy and awkward lifting, but disposing of it as well. We weren't about to be one of those jerks that just dumps their mattress on the side of the road, so I turned to the internet to find a solution. I came across Mattress Disposal Plus, and found their prices to be reasonable. On the scheduled day, Todd called 30 minutes before he was to arrive, and was there within 2 minutes of the time he promised. Todd and his helper were consummate professionals, and watching them get our mattress down a flight of stairs more than paid for the service. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd and his company, and would be perfectly comfortable sending them to my mother's house.”

“The truck they sent the first day broke down before it could get to my apartment. Fortunately they called early in the appointment window and we rescheduled for the next day (this is not a big deal to me, stuff happens). The next day they sent two trucks, and both arrived 45 minutes early. Beyond that it was exactly what was advertised and expected, they took my mattress and boxspring. My one real complaint is that the appointment window is 4 hours. I get grocery deliveries in a 1 hour window, I'm not sure why they couldn't at least make it a 2 hour window.”
