“Scheduled a mattress pick up between 4 and 8. Pick up arrived next day after noon. Was told many times that the truck would be arriving soon or that driver would call and provide an update shortly (and no one called).”

“Booked them to haul away a mattress for me. Paid extra for a time window of 8am-noon. Not only did they miss that window, they never called to communicate that issue. I didn't find out they'd miss the window until I call around 12:30 (after they already missed). They told me they'd be there within an hour and missed that time as well. Didn't show until 2:30pm, 2-1/2 hours after the window and after I had been sitting around waiting for them for 6-1/2 hours. There was little concern given to missing the window from customer service and a paltry $16 discount was offered. The 2-1/2 hours alone was worth far more than $16 to me let alone the 6-1/2 hours. I would never recommend them and will never use them again.”

“Jeremy called to confirm his arrival. He is polite, patient with the nursing home staff, attends to direction detail with this task. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Even though I was orchestrating this from miles away it was a smooth process and so helpful to our family.”

“They called me the day before to confirm the time will be a little earlier than requested which actually worked out for me. The next day the driver called when in the driveway of the apartment complex which was nice so I could tell him the best place to park. They came in and quickly and quietly removed the mattresses. I recommend this service.”
