“What did pay for. You send one guy to remove a king mattress from second floor. I didn't want to touch it, but I had to help. Was lied to. Appt between noon and 4pm. At 4pm, nothing, I call, they tell us a little after 5pm which was a complete lie. Nothing by 6pm. At 7:30 driver finally calls, comes at 8:30, alone. Never recommend.”
