“Getting rid of an old mattress responsibly is not as easy as one might think. Take it to the landfill in a truck I don't have? Having to ask a friend with a truck to help me out? Taking the time out of my day and theirs? No thanks. Mattress Disposal Plus is totally worth it. I made an appointment online. I got an email to touch base, they called to confirm, so easy. They picked it up and the associate was courteous, professional and friendly. Thumbs up. Highly recommend.”

“They were scheduled to arrive between 8 am and noon, and were to call when 30 minutes out. When they had not called by 11:45, I contacted them. They had to find the driver, and finally told me he would arrive between 1 and 2 pm. I said are you positive, because I had to find someone to help me move my other things (moving from NJ to Texas). They said he guaranteed he would be here by 2 pm. Guess who arrived at 2:45? Needless to say, my whole day and move was put off-waco, and it cost me a lot of money to find someone to help me move after they left at 3:30.”
