“Staff that offer customer service are nice and apologetic but do nothing to resolve the issues. I had to handle most of the communications with the drivers to ensure removal took place. I asked to have a manager call me about the issues and never received a call back. I am glad the mattress was removed, but it was not the smooth process that the company advertises.”

“What did pay for. You send one guy to remove a king mattress from second floor. I didn't want to touch it, but I had to help. Was lied to. Appt between noon and 4pm. At 4pm, nothing, I call, they tell us a little after 5pm which was a complete lie. Nothing by 6pm. At 7:30 driver finally calls, comes at 8:30, alone. Never recommend.”
