“The pickup was quick, they called 20 minutes before they arrived and I liked that we could pay online before the pickup. The only thing that would make it better, is less than a 4 hour window for pickup time. Thanks!”

“I was told an 8a to 12nn window for pick up and the guy arrived at 8:30a. He came in alone but he was courteous and fast to take out my queen-sized mattress. I also like how you guys were straight forward with your pricing. I prefer managed expectations and not with surprising hidden charges. It was over-all a pleasant experience. Thank you.”

“Great customer service. Super easy and the gentlemen that disposed of my mattress were very polite. They were within the time frame and called about 25 minutes before arriving. I recommend them.”

“Pick up should be within the designated time and not negotiated on the day. Take note if it's a king sized bed; it will save your drivers and lifters time”

“scheduled time of pickup was 4-8pm, a pretty generous window. Received a call at 10:13am from driver saying he would arrive in a half-hour. Not very convenient for customer to be so off of your timeframes.”

“The service was very cheerful, quick and efficient. The reason I only gave you 4 stars is because my mattress was in pristine shape and the fellow told me you do donate, but he didn't have any plastic to cover the mattress with so it was going to get wet and dirty when they put it in the truck. It was raining. My suggestion is that when they get mattresses like this that you stock plastic in the truck to protect at least the bottom of the mattress where it lays on the ground, so it can be donated vs just thrown away. If I would have had a way to take the mattress to Vision House I would have. All that to say, you are very good and if I ever hear of or need a mattress removal again you will be who I call. Also you were very quick to come which I liked a lot....the next day after I called.”

“There was a scheduling snafu and instead of seeing the Truck arrive at 8-12 AM as scheduled , it arrived at 1-5 PM time slot , got here at 5 . It was not the driver or helper's fault , it was office generated . They were great . But all worked out in the end with the delay .”
