“Driver showed up to dispose of a KING mattress by himself. He had no help. He claimed he wasn’t told by the company that the mattress was king sized. I (a 58 year old) had to help the driver move the mattress up a flight of stairs. I guess I should have used Sanford and Son.”

“Drivers were friendly and professional. Though they picked up almost two hours outside time frame due to truck issues, they called and kept me Informed. They took mattress without problems or hesitations. Would use the company again without hesitation.”

“My mattress was removed with no issue. The only problem I had was that I was given a window of 8-12:00 and was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Finally at 11:45, I reached out to them to find out what was up. They arrived about 12:25. Some better communication would have been nice.”

“Greg kept us informed as to when he would be at our house and arrived promptly and removed our old mattress quickly and required no assistance, which was an relief since my wife was here by herself and the mattress was a very heavy Tempurpedic. I will definitely use you again when I'm I the need and will happily recommend you to friends and relatives.”
