“Very easy to schedule a time the day after I called. The guys called me in advance and were right on time. They took under 10 minutes total to remove mattress and boxspring from the 3rd floor. If I'd known it was this easy to get this done I'd have got a new bed a long time ago.”

“Great service from the crew. They called in advance, even though this was not indicated on their website. No issues or concerns. I did curb side, so I cannot evaluate other aspects including disassembly. Only reason to not have the 5th star, has to do with timing of the other notifications. About 1-2 hours after they came, I got the auto notifications that they were on their way. Luckily they called, but this could have been a problem.”

“Hello, I was very satisfied with the removal itself. The gentlemen were in and out of my home in just a couple minutes. Communication regarding the time of the removal is an area of opportunity for improvement. My time was scheduled for 4pm-8pm. I left a message with the answering service around 7:50pm asking if the movers were coming. I didn't mind waiting, and I assumed I would receive a courtesy call if they were going to be late. I then received a call back (around 8:30pm I believe) explaining that the movers were delayed and they should be there around 9:15. That was fine and I appreciated the call very much. Then I received a call from the Driver around 9:45 indicating he was still in Boston and would be at my home around 10:05, and he apologized for being late due to the traffic. I said that was fine, but it takes more than 20 minutes to get to Warwick from Boston. He said he was outside of Boston. The movers arrived around 11pm. The Driver apologized for the delay and the move was completed very quickly and professionally. I completely understand that unexpected things happen. I'm making the time to provide this feedback because this is obviously a reliable company and I was happy with the move itself and the on-going communication. My only suggestion is to begin the communication earlier in the process. I assume it was known fairly early in the evening that they was not going to get to my house by 8pm, and I would have appreciated a call at that time as opposed to my having to initiate the call. While the time estimates quoted during the follow up calls were a bit off, I appreciated the calls and would use this service again. Thank you.”

“The service was very cheerful, quick and efficient. The reason I only gave you 4 stars is because my mattress was in pristine shape and the fellow told me you do donate, but he didn't have any plastic to cover the mattress with so it was going to get wet and dirty when they put it in the truck. It was raining. My suggestion is that when they get mattresses like this that you stock plastic in the truck to protect at least the bottom of the mattress where it lays on the ground, so it can be donated vs just thrown away. If I would have had a way to take the mattress to Vision House I would have. All that to say, you are very good and if I ever hear of or need a mattress removal again you will be who I call. Also you were very quick to come which I liked a lot....the next day after I called.”
