“My feedback. Well, nobody showed up at all the first day they were supposed to come. Rescheduled for the next day and they showed up at 1pm. The driver called at 12:15 to tell me he was 50 minutes away. I was scheduled for 8 to 12. They didn't seem to know they were getting mattresses and a couch. Once they got here they were professional, friendly and speedy. I had already moved the mattresses to the living room to make it easier for them.”

“Love that this "Green" service is being provided in Southeast Louisiana. My only comment is that there needs to be some additional education provided the company hired to pick up the items (based on my conversation with the drivers they were hired to pick up these items). When the drivers showed up they had no idea why they were picking up these items or the service is that your company is providing.. And they thought it was 10 mattress/box springs and not other pieces of furniture (which I stated in the comments when I booked online). In our move to go more "Green" I think the drivers could be an advocate of this amazing service.”

“When I first called I scheduled an appointment for pick up of an old mattress on Thursday between 4 and 8 pm. I get a confirmation phone call saying they will be there between 9 am and 1 pm. Since this wasn't going to work (that's why I scheduled the time I did) we had to reschedule for another day. That time was 1130-3:30. They needed up coming at 10:15. So, I feel as a customer, when I wanted the pickup didn't matter, the guys will come here when they want to, that's my complaint. However I will say the two men that came to take away our old mattress were professional and efficient.”
