“Finally got rid of my mattress!! The driver was about an hour past the 4-hour window they quoted me, but he was very courteous and professional, calling 15 mins before arrival to let me know. Thank you!!”

“Great service to have. But... Driver called 15 minutes out like they said, he called back 30 minutes later and said he will not be able to make the appointment. He did show up the next day to pick up which was nice of him to do on his day off. My biggest issue was why make an appointment for a time and they cannot keep it.”

“I was given a window of time from 8-noon. Unfortunately, my things were not picked up until around 3:45pm. Even though I was very happy when my things were picked up, I would suggest that a call be made to customers when pick-up is going to late.”

“Would have given 5 stars, but our delivery was for between 8a-12p and we were not contacted by dispatch or the team that there was a delay in pick up times. I had to call after waiting all morning. I can understand delays, just would've liked an update. Other than that, dispatch woman was very nice and professional. The team of movers were also professional and courteous. Would recommend to friends!”
