I am so sorry to hear there were delays on your day of service. Unfortunately, unforeseeable circumstances can cause routes to run behind. When this happens, however rare, we do try our best to keep our customers as informed as possible. I do hope we were able to keep you up to date under the circumstances. “I called several places that seemed to have the bait and switch prices and some at least 5 times more expensive. I read other reviews and thought it may be to good to be true but I tried it anyway. I was always waiting for "the catch" but it never came. These guys/gals did what they said they would at the price they said it would be. They texted me when they were on their way, texted me when they picked it up and emailed me the receipt all while I was at work. Amazing!!!! I will use them again and highly recommend them. David H.”

We sincerely apologize for our delayed arrival on the day of your pickup. Unfortunately, unforeseeable events can cause our routes to run behind. We do our best to keep our customer as up to date as possible when this happens, however rare that may be. Looking at your account I do see we were able to contact you and speak with you several times regarding the delays. I understand this can cause a huge inconvenience and is definitely not an ideal situations for our customers. Thank you for hanging in there with us on the day of your pickup and I hope you will give us another try in the future. “The two Mattress Disposal Plus workers came right on time and did a great job throwing out my sectional, pull-out couch. They made moving it out look so easy, and were in and out of my place within 15 minutes. The workers were friendly, respectful and efficient. The service was also reasonably priced compared to other disposal services. I would recommend to anyone looking to throw something out.”
