“I wasted $100 due to the company's false advertising. The video strongly indicates that my mattress would be recycled. The driver who picked up said that has not happened in the Kansas City area in the year and a half he has worked with Load Up. Load Up, the parent company, is a junk removal company. They say they try to recycle. The fact that this can't be done in my area is just tough luck for me. My city waste disposal department will take a mattress to the landfill for free. This company would be fine for junk removal but don't expect recycling.”

We sincerely apologize for any and all inconvenience to you, Joe. We do our best to provide an eco-friendly option for disposal to our customers, especially in areas where recycling is not an option. We utilize many means to accomplish this. For example, donation is also a way that we can help the environment and keep items out of the landfill. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. It is not possible for us to maintain our level of service without this information from our customers. I would like to let you know that we have spoken with the driver manager in the area to ensure that this sort of thing can be avoided in the future and that every effort is being made to help our environment. “I arranged for pick up of 2 mattress sets. Two workers showed up. They were courteous, professional, and customer service was outstanding. They were on time, let me know when to expect them, and showed up right on time. I recommend Load Up and Mattress Disposal for sure!”

“Was polite and also called when the time didn’t work to reschedule for the end of the day. Maybe could have brought a second person along to help load but not a big deal. Overall happy.”

“The contracted disposal firm was late in arrival. Upon arrival they were in an old pick-up truck and the personnel were rough and sloppy in appearance. An untitled receipt identifying the items that were disposed of was provided; in fact we have no idea who the contractor was that proved the service. The experience was unsettling and I questioned in my mind who was really benefitting from the $100 and whether the mattresses were really going to be recycled or just taken to the dump. I was glad that my husband was home when the service was performed and receipt delivered to the front door.”

We do our very best to provide an excellent service that is hassle-free and eco-friendly for our customers and I completely understand your hesitation. We do utilize smaller haulers in certain areas but expect a certain level of professionalism that was clearly not met in your case. I would like to let you know that we have spoken with the driver manager in the area and he will be addressing this with the team that completed your pickup asap. We do our very best to dispose of every item we take in the most eco-friendly way possible in each area we service. We utilize many different resources in order to accomplish this. Recycling and donation are only two outlets we use to help our environment. I will also have our customer support team send you a better receipt for your pickup. Again, I would like to thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are not able to maintain the level of service we expect without valuable feedback such as this. “I scheduled the appointment. Paid the amount due. The people showed up within the appointment time frame and called 30 minutes before arrival. They were in and out in 10 minutes. Simple and easy.”
