“A wide range of quality products on a website that is easy to navigate around. The latter includes getting to and proceeding through the payment section. I have forgotten, however, to use my discount code as a first-time buyer - it would have been nice had this been an automatic part of the check out experience.”

“There was an issue with the website when I placed my order, so I had a PayPal receipt but no order confirmation. Once I got in touch with M&W to query this, they rectified the issue and shipped my order out quickly. The packaging was not great unfortunately and one plate had smashed in transit. This was replaced though, with no quibbling. The Linear range is fantastic quality, so despite a few hiccups, I'd recommend Maxwell & Williams.”

“Fabulous, gorgeous and high quality. In love with all my Maxwell & Williams products! Had my first products from elsewhere but have now ordered the Cashmere Bloems teapot, cups and saucers online. Easy to view and order all products online. Would highly recommend to family and friends!”
