“Bad customer service. It took multiple emails to MDS for them to get back to me on my parcel. Not sure why are they closing the entire shops in Singapore. The MDS at Wheelock opened on End Sept. But, by around Q1 2020, this new store was closed. Probably, they are trying to change the business model by via FB Live.
Delivery cost is at $3.99 much higher than any other blogshop. Last time collection is allow at their last shop at citylink. But, today I noticed that there is no self collection when I carted out.
Very disappointed.”
“Read through the previous comments and I laughed. Exactly the same plight, except that I am STILL waiting for my orders from March (it is now October). Waiting time 4-5 months? Nope. For me, it is 7 months, and counting. I am amazed and appalled at how this shop can send promotional emails and conduct FB live EVERY Sunday, yet they do not bother sending a single email to their subscribers about the shipment delays. Stop launching products if you are not intending to deliver! When I heard news about the store closures around Singapore, I was not surprised. How to sustain a business without trust? I was a loyal fan, but I just stopped my subscription. They owe me 4-5 order fulfilment, many credits in my account, but oh well. Better late than never.

“The waiting time for the preorder is exceptionally long. Placed an order in April, ETA end July. But did not receive anything till end Aug. If you experienced any delay, the least you can do is to inform all your customers who had made payment, not trying your luck to expect them to quietly wait further or to initiate any enquiry from your side. Emailed them in end Aug which they asked to seek my understanding on the lead time needed...ok almost another 1.5 months passed and no updates...it's a joke that you have to wait for a MDS preorder for like half a year??
Blaming the delay on COVID, im not sure about that, even my china purchases made and shipped using sea ship can arrive faster than your clothings...and i don't think it will result in a 2.5 months of delay. I don't see such delays in other local online stores, or even established clothing brands comparable to MDS, so? Delays in your factories? Why are there still so many launches and preorders?

I ordered a Romper in March 20. The store mentioned that the stock will arrive in July 20. However after waiting for months, the stock is still not here and no updates from the person in charge! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Also, I dont think we will ever get back our cash refund as their refund is in a form of store credit.
Sent multiple emails but no reply at all !!!
I dont think their clothes are lovely or nice! I totally regret ordering! Just treat it as a lesson learnt.

Adopts unethical practices to scam consumers into making full payment of products claimed to be arriving soon but you do NOT know if you will ever receive it. Months and months of waiting. No response even if you write it. This business has NO credibility, NO morale and NO genuine interest if you get your items anot. Any refunds is close to impossible and if allowed, only in the form of credits. It takes more than 30 days to process the refund.

Shop online with this merchant if you are willing to have your emails ignored (mine was not responded to for more than 3 weeks), wait months (I waited 6.5 months) or have your parcel go undelivered thereafter.
Janio will send you email stating your item has been delivered when it wasn’t. When you probe, you will be rudely shocked as they will send you a “delivery proof” but with someone else’ signature.
Thereafter, when you contact MDS on the above, they will tell you the courier person updated the system “wrongly”.
Quality of clothes they carry aren’t great to begin with. Looking back, I would rather forgo the $60+ I spent on the dress than go through the above ordeal.
Don’t waste your time. I would accord this merchant zero star if I have the option to.”
“This online store is a scam.
I placed an order in April 2019 and was informed to head down to their store for collection within a week. I missed the 1 week collection period and requested for a resend. After multiple follow ups and email exchanges, I was finally told to go down to their store for collection. I went down and was told by the sales assistant that the parcel was not there. She took down my contact details and promised to check and call back. Nope, no calls. So I went back to started to email their customer service again for a few weeks and again, was told to head down to their store for collection. You guessed it right - parcel was not in the store zzz.
I emailed them, threatened to complain to CASE and after 5-6 emails I GAVE UP ON THIS STORE.
They used to have retail stores all around Singapore but it seems that only 3 are still operating. I rather spend my money on others who have better customer service like Love Bonito, Fayth etc.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. Their online platform is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I know the images and clothes seem really pretty but boy oh boy...
If you are willing to wait for weeks (or months!) and have to keep following up with them over their forgotten orders, MDS Collection is the online store for you. They will take payment in cash, and refund you in store credit via a voucher code to buy another item which will mysteriously be sold out at the end of your long wait.
They also hide their online feedback and negative comments on their Facebook. you can easily see it when a post has 14 comments, only to click into it and see zero comments.
Unethical and terrible company.”
