“Omer Sufyan was so helpful. I had an issue with my appointment. I called and he quickly resolved my issue. He was polite, kind, professional, caring and he answered my call on the second ring! He's been the most helpful and quickly responsive representative that I have spoken to thus far, and I've been a patient at Medvidi for a year now. Medvidi should consider Omer an asset and positive example of what this company should represent.”
