“MEDvidi has been very easy to use. There have been some minor technical difficulties but nothing that has prevented medical care or prescriptions. The price can be a little high in comparison to in person visits with a Primary Care Physician but taking into considering the convenience, it's not too bad with the promotions.”

“A few issues with the website, but overall I have had a great experience. My provider, Dr. Linda May, is absolutely amazing. She actually listens to my concerns. I feel like she treats me like a person seeking help, not brushing off my concerns and telling me I'm wrong. My only complaint would be not accepting insurance and the cost each month is a bit high. But as far as getting the help I need, I am beyond happy.”

“I have been a patient with MEDvidi for almost 2 years and I have only amazing things to say about the MEDvidi Team. They make the process really easy especially with my diagnosis it can be challenging sometimes to make appointments and be on time for them. They have great communication and they also confirm everything to make sure I am on the same page. They even have special promotions that are valid when making your next appointment. My Doctor is wonderful and understands my daily struggles. It’s great knowing that you have a doctor that truly cares about your overall wellbeing.”

“My Kaiser primary care physician recently retired, the Doctor Who took over his practice, would no longer prescribe me an anxiety medicine that I have been taking for over 20 years. It was a three month battle, trying to figure this out full of frustration and dead ends. I found MEDvidi- scheduled an appointment the same day and had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Park. She was professional, sympathetic to my situation, and listened to my needs. I picked up the prescription within an hour of my appointment with zero hiccups. The people that are experiencing difficulties are probably not filling out the intake form and selecting local pharmacies that accept prescriptions from MEDvidi. Fantastic experience.”

“I had an excellent experience for my first appointment. Whitney was very professional and detailed but also down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Because of my social anxiety I sometimes feel like I get bulldozed by doctors and don’t really feel heard. But I didn’t have that problem with her at all.”
