“Amazing customer service! I ordered an urn to arrive prior to my grandmothers service and when I received a different design, I was in a bit of a panic. I have to say that it was a simple mistake and I ordered a farm scene with cows (she owned and operated a family dairy farm) and received a farm scene with a tractor. I immediately emailed the customer service department and Vaughn responded within the hour and informed me that he'd see what he could do to get me the correct one on time. I received a callback within an hour and he had worked it out and it arrived the day before the service. I am so very appreciative that we could have the urn for the memorial and my family absolutely loved it. The handiwork is beautiful and I know my grandmother would've loved it. Thank you, Vaughn for making an extremely difficult and sad time easier.”

“We were so blessed to be able to receive this our urn so quickly, making us feel that our beloved Labrador Rootbeer was still somehow with us. The urn is impeccably beautiful. We had it done in chocolate with white clip art of a lab and his name and dates. It is like a little headstone. We were amazed at how beautiful it was when it arrived. The only downside was that we wanted to keep the ashes in a bag and then put it into the urn, but because of the type of opening in the bottom, it just couldn't work. We would still highly recommend this urn.”
