“If I could give them NO stars I would. A restaurant employee stole my credit card and ran up a bunch of purchases on Merchbar. Obviously it wasn't me and my charges were reversed but I asked Merchbar, being an online company, to help me get the address to which the merchandise was to be shipped...so I could prosecute this person and prevent it happening to anyone else. I even offered to sign a release of liability. They didn't care, refused to help me....and put me off for over a month before telling me they couldn't help me. THey don't care how they get paid...even if the credit card was stolen. BEWARE of this company and their ethics or lack thereof.”
“I ordered a shirt from Merchbar over 2 months ago. As of today, it still says my order is "processing" and hasn't even been shipped. I live in the US and the item was in stock, so there is no reason for this extreme delay.
I contacted customer support a month ago regarding this and they were no help at all. Contacted them again recently, but still waiting for a reply (although I doubt they will be useful).
Do yourselves a favor, save yourself some stress, and don't buy from this company. I am starting to think MerchBar is illegitimate and a complete sham.”

“Okay, I've ordered two times so far and it never went right. First, I ordered a vinyl and it never arrived, so I wondered what was wrong. When I looked it up it said that the order was canceled. No refunds yet. So I contacted the support. A few days later I got a refund etc. so it was okay. Not my complaint, but then I ordered another vinyl. It arrived. Still, first I had to go to the customs, after it arrived 5 days to late there (they are probably not responsible for this, but they are responsible for it arriving too late and the following). Also, they sent the wrong variant of the vinyl. The one in the Screenshot is the one I've ordered, the other one is the one I got. Ugh. With the custom fees it was like 40€ total then. I'm definitely disappointed and after all the trouble, I'd rather not order there again.”
“Ordered an Oliver Tree T shirt, took over a month to arrive, the print quality and color is garbage. The bag it was in was already ripped open so it was probably somebody else's return and they didnt even bother to repackage it.
I'm not even going to bother to try to return it, if simply placing an order took a month, I don't even want to find out what dealing with customer service is like.
Never ordering from this site again.”

They delivered the product as a different color, and only half the design. Then basically told me that this was normal of them and there was nothing they could do.
Shocked that they are still in business, I would love to see this company go down hard.

“You lied to me about when I would receive my item and then reimbursed me less money than what I paid for it. I never cancelled my order. 10 days ago I was told I would have it in 5-7 days. FedEx says you haven’t given it to them. 😡 so disappointed in your so called company! This was a gift for my daughter so thanks so much for screwing me over 10 days before Christmas. Btw I ordered this item November 16th. I wished I would of looked at all the horrible reviews you guys have. If I would of I would never of ordered from you! Thank you for teaching me a lesson on checking reviews 1st. I work for a 5 star company and I know the difference in a 5 star & a -10 I wish I could give you!”
