“Paid $60 total for a plain printed shirt because I wanted to support my fave band despite the extortionate price for a basic cotton shirt. On top of high prices you can't even combine postage for multiple products so you're easily forking out over $100 for 2 basic items. The quality of the shirt itself can't be faulted but it took over TWO MONTHS to arrive with no tracking number provided when it was handed over from UPS to Aus post. At least my shirt actually got here eventually unlike some others on here who paid hundreds for some pieces of cotton they never received. Poor form merchbar.”

“The hoodie I got was amazing and didn't take too long to ship. My big problem is the very expensive shipping and no sizing chart. The sizing chart makes me really mad because I have body dysmorphia and I need a hoodie that would fit a little bigger than my size, and I don't want to pay to ship it multiple times just because they won't put a sizing chart on the site. I wont order from their website again until they fix it.”

I heard back quickly, and they have sent the refund. I'm just waiting for it to appear now. That being said despite not receiving anything. The customer support was top. “These guys are absolute trash and complete scammers. I ordered a Bone Thugs Eternal Hoodie from them for $44 plus tax back on 7/15/2020. It’s 8/30/2020 and they’ve just sent emails over and over saying they’re “still waiting to hear back from their warehouse”. I hate thieves. These guys are doo doo water thieves. Asked for my money back and they literally said they have to hear back from their warehouse to cancel the order. How are they in business? I strongly will for them to go out of business.”

“They are selling terrible quality products! After I received my T-shirt before wearing them I decided to wash it (single piece with cold water). And what I saw after that was shocking! All logo had black marks (yeah t-shirt was black color) and from XL it become XXXL size. Oh and by the way label on the back was cut off. WHY? So they suggested me 5$ discount for next product.
