“The T-Shirt was delivered with tag cut off the back which also cut the stitching on the neckline damaging the shirt.
Merchbar has been giving me the runaround for a almost a week. I send them photos of the damaged merchandise then a day or two goes by then when I email them to ask about the return they send me the same email request for photos!
Not sure what kind of game they are playing but I had no choice but to dispute the charges with my bank.
Don't trust this vendor, they sell shoddy products and back it up with shoddy promises!”

Worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Not exactly sure who is running the show there but they need to quit.
I bought a vinyl record they had claimed was in stock. I didn't buy it elsewhere because I wanted to try a new source of music goods. I trusted it.
2 weeks pass by and I get an email saying it is out of stock. Not sure why it took 2 weeks to tell me, but it did. Worst yet, all other websites said they were now out of stock. So I contact them seeking some form of a remediation plan.
Long story short, they said "too bad" "I can't help you" and I quote "there is nothing else I can do for you"
It's not my fault they said they didn't have the item in stock and still took my money. Just buy your merch stuff on Amazon, eBay, or a band website. I ended buying the record I wanted on Ebay and it was way better dealing with a random stranger.

“Ordered 6 weeks ago. Have been in touch with customer service and they said their policy is 3-5 weeks of "processing time" before the delivery even goes out. However, the 6 weeks have passed and they just keep pushing the date out further. I am happy that I have had 2 emails with customer service, but they need to be realistic about what they can do. Tracking number provides no actual information. Will update if I ever receive my item.”
“placed order for T-Shirt last week of February ... website stated delivery would be in 8-15 days...today is the 9/4/2020 still no show.... when I contacted the customer service email I was told it takes up to 30 days for delivery and 2 weeks for their warehouse to process an item... no tracking number once it has left the states (I live in OZ) ... so now I am asking for a refund or resend WITH o/seas tracking supplied... waiting for an answer and will update this review and offer more positive reviews on different sites if I receive a positive and quick outcome... so far VERY disappointing experience... “Ordered from the U.K. three very small items. Some joker at Merchbar thought it would be funny to split the order knowing charges would doubled for me in order to receive them. They put a tiny sticker on its own in the one package. So an order that cost around £20 ended up costing £60! They showed no remorse or acknowledgement of their stupidity with the sticker!! Please don’t waste your money with this company as the good we’re tacky anyway!!”

“BEWARE, If you order something from Merchbar, you will not receive the item pictured. For some reason, they insist on misleading customers with their product images. In my case, they even had an audio sample on the page that was a totally different album than what I received. Of course I thought I was buying the album pictured, especially with the audio sample. On top of all of this, they make you pay for shipping if you return an item..but it says now on their page that they don't accept returns on Vinyl records at all. Even though when you buy the record, they say you have 30 days to return it. After you fill out a "return form", wait for the return to be approved, and pay for shipping out of your own pocket. AVOID this abysmal mockery of a distributor.”
“Bought a T shirt - red logo on grey shirt. Shirt arrived and it is white. They refused to refund shipping (if i returned the T) saying that the FINE PRINT said it was white so its my mistake. The correct asnwer is that their website is misleading.

it is clearly a grey T because ... well its grey and the page background is white and there is a big difference.
Well, having run businesses that sell to consumers, if your website is misleading then the issue is NOT the consumer's.
BOTTOM LINE: do not trust them or the representations of their product; read everything (that's a great shopping experience); BUYER BEWARE!”
“This company has a lot of negative feedback. I feel like some of it is deserved and some of it is just frustration with their shipping practices. I ordered a product on them on 12/12 stating it would be delivered before Christmas. Christmas came and went and the package was still MIA. After contacting customer service, I have informed the item the item was in fact a pre-order item and would ship in late January. This information was correct and I received the item quickly after the item actually shipped. I think MerchBar is a good brand that needs to be more open about their products. Customer service could be better; however, I was able to get in touch with someone fairly easily. Not a scam company from my experience, maybe just a company that is slowly growing.”
