“My order did not arrive by Christmas even though I paid $12.95 for quick shipping. When I called they said they would investigate and get back to me within 24 hours. It has now been 5 days since and not a word from them,. except to acknowledge my recent email of yesterday. The Jonas Brothers really need to look into how this company is mishandling their products. “Never again!!! I ordered a tee shirt from them on December 1st. After many attempts to find a tracking number, I emailed the company to find out where the shirt was. They responded by saying they would check with the warehouse.
I finally received an email stating it shipped from California on the 15th... (side note, it could have been delivered here via bicycle in this amount of time!)
It’s now Christmas Eve and I don’t have a gift for my Son-in-Law. Nice! We are gift-less while my money sits comfortably in their bank.”
“SO unreliable. I ordered a specific vinyl TWICE, one in August that never arrived or even shipped and then again in October when it restocked but instead of the colored variant I bought it was just the standard black. This has happened to multiple other people online, and dealing with their costumer service is an absolute nightmare. They take days sometimes weeks to respond and when they do it’s so clearly an automated generic email. 100% will never buy from them again.”
“I have ordered multiple items from this site but the last time I ordered I did not receive my package. I contacted costumer service multiple times through phone and they say that I will get an email response within 1-2 days. I have tried calling everyday for the past two weeks. I have still not receive the package and they will not help me out. I have yet to revive a response from the company via email or any other means which leads me to believe that they have stolen over $200 from me. I find this very unfortunate that I will not only have to disappoint my daughter for Christmas but I am also out of $200 that I will never get back. I find it completely ridiculous that it’s been over a month with nothing from this company.”
“They didn't process my order. No confirmation. Called and spoke to "customer service", said she was "escalating" request. Haven't heard back. Processing refund through Paypal. I usually check reviews of sites before I order. Didn't on this.

“There is absolutely no communication with customers. I ordered a $60 hoodie over a week ago and the order is still in "processing". I cannot get anyone to give me any indication of when I can expect the hoodie to ship. Guess I won't be gifting it for Christmas.”

Contacted an hour after I placed my order to attempt a shipping address change and they said it was not possible because the order had already shipped, however it's not supposed to arrive for another two weeks and there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to change it or cancel my order.”

“I ordered a Band T-shirt and after a couple of weeks it arrived. The quality of the T-shirt is terrible. It is harsh stiff cotton and the print on it has an error and looks as cheap as hell. Waste of $60. I should have bought a knockoff from the markets for less and get the same quality.”
