“My initial experience makes me wonder if this is a scam. I needed to correct in order and sent an email to the email address that was provided. The email was unable to be sent as it was not a valid email address. II hope this was not a scam to get my credit card information. I will not order from here again”

“Scam. Charged me insane shipping fees, and didn't pay the courier so they are now holding my package hostage for fees that I already paid. They provided an incorrect phone number to DHL, my guess is so that my package would get shipped back to them and they could keep the money. “This is a horrible company. First I ordered an album that was supposed to be delivered 12-20-20. It was a Christmas gift that finally showed up 12-29-20 after being “guaranteed by Christmas” twice by merchbar representatives. Then i ordered a hoodie and vinyl album in November of 2020. The hoodie showed up 12-22-20 but the album was not released until 1-8-21. Merchbar claims my vinyl was delivered before it was even released. They are claiming the hoodie shipment was both items. It was not. This company in a total scam. Please don’t waste your money.”
“Ordered November 28th, still says processing (not even shipped) but they will not respond to my emails asking where my items are. Unfortunately the band has no other options for on line merch that I could find. Do not order from them.”
“I don't know how this company stays in business.. I ordered an album for my niece on December 12 and paid the $10.95 for expedited shipping which GUARANTEED Christmas Delivery. It's been "in transit" since December 16th and still not has not arrived as of January 6th. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to the company, I kept being told that it was out of their hands because they had a tracking number and that I had to keep checking it myself for updates. It was now MY problem. They also refused to issue a refund because they will only do so if I receive the item damaged. I never received it. Luckily, I ordered through PayPal who resolved the issue in one day and issued me a full refund. Unless you enjoy aggravation, false advertising, inept customer service and a charge for something you'll never receive, do not order from this company. Check out the other reviews which prove to be very similar to mine.”
“Okay so I should have pay attention to the reviews here. People please, please pay attention. I am so upset that there are stupid places like this just here to scam people. I order a TK sugarplum Mug to be delivered to another city for my niece as a gift. $30 I could have just gave her that cash instead giving it away to some scammers. So on Dec. 15,2020 she received a lil box with 2 wine cups( mind you she is only 12) why would she need wine cups. She called me and said there was a box with to wine cups on I immediately got on line to check my order. It said will be delivered by 12/26/20 so I told her I had no idea what that was. So she being a honest person went and put the box back on mail box and put return on it. Come the 26, 27,28 no package I try to call DHL cause it said it would arrive through there come. After making so many calls and being so frustrated I come to find out the package was delivered on the 15. But, guess what it was thousand wine cups and never received the actual sugarplum mug that was ordered. I wish something was done against places like this that scam hard working people. My poor niece is so disappointed. I contact the place and all the can say is your package was delivered already oh well if you got what you didn’t order. Stupid peace of sh***. Plus how do they not keep inventory of what the have and check to see what is missing and what is not. Also my tracking is never updated. Just pure lies.”
“They lie. Ordered ONLY items identified as ones guaranteed for Christmas delivery on December 10th. They creat a shipping/tracking number and it just sits. Customer service is Pitiful! All lies. "Just wait" they say " give us until Christmas " then "give us until new years " they say! USPS JUST POSTED information on tracking number! It's JANUARY 1ST! EXPECTED DELIVERY IS JANUARY 9TH! ONE MONTH AFTER ORDERING! THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY AND LIED TO ME FOR A MONTH! NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY SEE A PENNY FROM ME!”
