“Scam. Charged me insane shipping fees, and didn't pay the courier so they are now holding my package hostage for fees that I already paid. They provided an incorrect phone number to DHL, my guess is so that my package would get shipped back to them and they could keep the money. “This is a horrible company. First I ordered an album that was supposed to be delivered 12-20-20. It was a Christmas gift that finally showed up 12-29-20 after being “guaranteed by Christmas” twice by merchbar representatives. Then i ordered a hoodie and vinyl album in November of 2020. The hoodie showed up 12-22-20 but the album was not released until 1-8-21. Merchbar claims my vinyl was delivered before it was even released. They are claiming the hoodie shipment was both items. It was not. This company in a total scam. Please don’t waste your money.”

“I don't know how this company stays in business.. I ordered an album for my niece on December 12 and paid the $10.95 for expedited shipping which GUARANTEED Christmas Delivery. It's been "in transit" since December 16th and still not has not arrived as of January 6th. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to the company, I kept being told that it was out of their hands because they had a tracking number and that I had to keep checking it myself for updates. It was now MY problem. They also refused to issue a refund because they will only do so if I receive the item damaged. I never received it. Luckily, I ordered through PayPal who resolved the issue in one day and issued me a full refund. Unless you enjoy aggravation, false advertising, inept customer service and a charge for something you'll never receive, do not order from this company. Check out the other reviews which prove to be very similar to mine.”
