“Terrible quality product for an exorbitant price. The customer service is also trash. They'll respond in a timely manner but will do nothing to help you. Don't buy here.”

“Ordered a THICK, well SEWN Joey Ramone patch worth $35 bucks, but got : a flimsy THIN cheap Ramones knockoff PRINT patch worth $5 at best. NOT what I was shown, not what I ordered, and ripped off big time. This company is SH*T, and yes I should have read reviews. Never again..”

“Don't buy from them! I still waiting my order after 1 month (overpriced, 3 times more then Amazon for the same product) I tried to cancel but the say is not possible and is not possible to have a refund. I thought it was a good company but I found a circus. DON'T BUY FROM THEM”

“I would give a minus ZERO if I could! They sent the wrong size shirt that had the tag cut off so there was no way to verify the size. I have wasted hours with them going back and forth on emails and jumping through hoops filling out their online return request which REQUIRED pictures. In the end they are still telling me they did nothing wrong and will not pay for return shipping. Un-F'N-Believable. I've filed a dispute with PayPal and I will NEVER purchase from this B.S. racket again.”

“Terrible. Sounds the same as others, wish I'd read first. Ordered records, month later I contact them, they tell me the order was canceled, then they have me the royal run around to get my money back. Do not give this company your business or money!”

“I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order with this company. Zero communication and generally poor customer service. Order status states expected shipping date of May 28, now June 18 and no update or response to queries. Stay away if you can. Order directly from the artists website or Amazon.”

“Pre-ordered Waterparks Greatest Hits album March 31, thought I could trust them because the link was on their actual Spotify account. They didn't even create the shipping lable until a week after the album release and now the USPS tracking number doesn't work. I emailed USPS customer service to see if it's an issue on their end then I found this site with a bunch of people talking about how horrible Merchbar is. I really wish I would have gotten a cooler vinyl from anywhere else when they dropped but I only wanted to get one of the album. Total waste of my time and money. Word of advice, look up to find that same exact merch anywhere else before you ever try Merchbar.”

“Placed an order for 3 items. Immediately the charge went through for all 3 but the confirmation email only showed 2 items. I was able to figure out one item was cancelled simultaneously with the order going through so within 5 mins of my confirmation I requested to cancel the whole order because I didn’t think it was worth it to just get the other 2 items I wanted. They emailed me back that one of the items was already too far in process to cancel but they would TRY to cancel the other item. Still waiting to hear on that... Terrible service.... I will never order from them again.”

“They deserve no stars. One month and no response then they claim they can’t ship to Canada. They then offer to give me store credit. Now they are saying that it will take over 10 business to process the refund. They are deceitful and disingenuous and misrepresented everything in the transaction. Avoid using merchbar.”

“Don't order from these people! Been waiting three weeks for any sign of the item being shipped. This wasn't a preorder either. They stated it was in stock. Luckily I've paid via PayPal and currently seeking a refund through them. Artists, please don't use this company to sell merch on your behalf. They are unreliable.”

“DO NOT PRE-ORDER anything from Merchbar if you care about getting it. Pre ordered a limited lp 2.5 months ago and then I suddenly get a cancellation refund. The record is now sold out everywhere else and 3x the price second hand. Garbage company will never order from again!!”

“Great product selection, but the use the cheapest and nastiest packaging. Be warned- do not order vinyl records from them. Unless you like your covers looking like origami.”

“Don't order from merchbar if you live in Canada...they dont track their international shipments..make you wait 60 business days only to tell you it was returned to sender and now we no longer have it in stock...same exact excuse for 2 out of 3 orders....waste of time. Will NOT be ordering again.”

“I have never had to jump through SO many hoops just to do a return. It is absolutely ABSURD. They make you fill out a form for the return, then they make you TAKE A PICTURE of your shipping receipt and email it to them. THEN..... THEN... they "suggest" you track the return and once you see that it has been delivered back to Merchbar.. you contact them AGAIN and tell them to process your refund. They are banking on the fact that people will not follow all of the steps and then they make out... Don't know how these people sleep at night... 30.00 t-shirt.. ive spent way too much time on this return.. but I WILL get my money back if it's the last thing I do. MERCHBAR SUCKS.”

“Stay away. I ordered a T-shirt well over a month ago. The confirmation email says 5 to 7 days is the estimate delivery. Their customer service reps only say... We understand your frustrations, and we're sorry that your order was shipped later than you expected and Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We kindly ask that you continue to wait. I wish I would have seen all these other reviews I would have NEVER purchased from them. This is a scam & I will fight for my money back.”

“I would NEVER refer merchbar to anyone I ordered one shirt just one and I paid an it said 3 to 6 business days on the 7th day I emailed merch bar asking where my shirt is they said oh we are sorry you will receive it in 8 to 15 business days when the next day of me ordering it I got a email saying it was shipped on 03/3/21 so your telling me I have to wait a month for one shirt no thank you poor customer service poor communication skills they'll be happy an fast to take your money but will pretty much tell you it'll get there when it gets there will never use this site again an wouldn't recommend it to anyone”
