“Don't order from merchbar if you live in Canada...they dont track their international shipments..make you wait 60 business days only to tell you it was returned to sender and now we no longer have it in stock...same exact excuse for 2 out of 3 orders....waste of time. Will NOT be ordering again.”

“I have never had to jump through SO many hoops just to do a return. It is absolutely ABSURD. They make you fill out a form for the return, then they make you TAKE A PICTURE of your shipping receipt and email it to them. THEN..... THEN... they "suggest" you track the return and once you see that it has been delivered back to Merchbar.. you contact them AGAIN and tell them to process your refund. They are banking on the fact that people will not follow all of the steps and then they make out... Don't know how these people sleep at night... 30.00 t-shirt.. ive spent way too much time on this return.. but I WILL get my money back if it's the last thing I do. MERCHBAR SUCKS.”
“Stay away. I ordered a T-shirt well over a month ago. The confirmation email says 5 to 7 days is the estimate delivery. Their customer service reps only say... We understand your frustrations, and we're sorry that your order was shipped later than you expected and Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We kindly ask that you continue to wait. I wish I would have seen all these other reviews I would have NEVER purchased from them. This is a scam & I will fight for my money back.”
“I would NEVER refer merchbar to anyone I ordered one shirt just one and I paid an it said 3 to 6 business days on the 7th day I emailed merch bar asking where my shirt is they said oh we are sorry you will receive it in 8 to 15 business days when the next day of me ordering it I got a email saying it was shipped on 03/3/21 so your telling me I have to wait a month for one shirt no thank you poor customer service poor communication skills they'll be happy an fast to take your money but will pretty much tell you it'll get there when it gets there will never use this site again an wouldn't recommend it to anyone”
“Jag beställde en hoodie åt min dotter i slutet av november -20 som var tänkt som en julklapp, den kom fram till mig 26/2 -21 så total leveranstid 3 månader.. När jag dessutom packar upp hoodien är tvättlappen i nacken bortklippt och det gör att även fast hoodien är ny så ger den ett begagnat intryck. Var i kontakt med kundtjänst i januari då jag undrade vart min beställning tagit vägen och de var väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående men med tanke på den långa leveranstiden och skicket på hoodien kan jag tyvärr inte ge ett högre betyg.”
“Bought 6 LPs in one order. One arrived, other 5 didn't (in the end I got all the right LPs). Wrote them re: the order and they told me the one I received was on back order. Waited for the rest of the order to arrive so I could verify which records I was actually going to get since their system was incorrect... DHL tracking number showed an attempted delivery but there was none so I called DHL. Merchbar put a random phone number on the order so I would never receive a call to pay a import charge; that was never mentioned during checkout. If I didn't pay it the items would simply be sent back to them. Since I simply didn't want to deal with Merchbar for a refund I paid the import charge to get my brand new LPs which... are clearly used as there are finger prints and marks all over them. Wtf Merchbar? Stay clear of this joke of an online store.”

I buy 2 shirts from Dua lipa in November and get a cheap copy poster from China on Jan 25! and they use the name of Dua lipa on the package! And i mail them a lot about that! You get always the same answer from the same person! Thanks to paypal i get my money back!”

“Placed an order on January 2 for one shirt. On January 29 it still is processing, not even shipped. Customer service was no help. Do not order from merchbar. Covid is no excuse for this.”
“Scam. Charged me insane shipping fees, and didn't pay the courier so they are now holding my package hostage for fees that I already paid. They provided an incorrect phone number to DHL, my guess is so that my package would get shipped back to them and they could keep the money. Never again will I order from them this has been such a hassle. Merchbars customer service has been a joke.”
“As soon as I have put an order and made a mistake I wanted to cancel my order.. Immediately send an email saying that I want to cancel and get a refund.
The only answer is too late our order is ready... And can't get a refund, unless you wait for the package, return it... Too difficult and long process. I will not recommande this company”
