“I ordered a $50 hoodie on Sept. 22 and it still hasn't arrived. Whenever I check the product on the website, the estimated delivery date keeps changing around 5 days from the previous date.”

“The cancled one of my orders after I had paid and then messed up the shipping of the other meaning its already over 30 days late and now they say I should email them if it hasnt arrived by 31 December. They also lied and said my package ws in transit when infact it had been shipped back to them in the US.”

“i ordere a 7inch watermelon sugar vinyl and they neve informed me about the delay on the shipping which the official page posted everywhere. when i ask them they always just tell me “they have to wait for their warehouse supplier” what freaking warehouse?! they have to work together with the official shop to provide these copies but they never mentioned that in a single email”

“Paid $60 total for a plain printed shirt because I wanted to support my fave band despite the extortionate price for a basic cotton shirt. On top of high prices you can't even combine postage for multiple products so you're easily forking out over $100 for 2 basic items. The quality of the shirt itself can't be faulted but it took over TWO MONTHS to arrive with no tracking number provided when it was handed over from UPS to Aus post. At least my shirt actually got here eventually unlike some others on here who paid hundreds for some pieces of cotton they never received. Poor form merchbar.”

“I have been waiting for a t-shirts I ordered for over 3 months. I keep getting the exact same response when I e-mail them. Just copy and paste I guess. I asked for my money back, but they kust keep postponing the delivery date!”

“if i knew id have to pay a 12 pound import tax for a t shirt that probably cost them 2pounds i wouldnt have bothered im not paying the import tax so hm customs can keep it or send it back an awful company ive lost my money real pricks”

“These guys are absolute trash and complete scammers. I ordered a Bone Thugs Eternal Hoodie from them for $44 plus tax back on 7/15/2020. It’s 8/30/2020 and they’ve just sent emails over and over saying they’re “still waiting to hear back from their warehouse”. I hate thieves. These guys are doo doo water thieves. Asked for my money back and they literally said they have to hear back from their warehouse to cancel the order. How are they in business? I strongly will for them to go out of business.”

“This appears to be a scam company - DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING - my son ordered in April and no sign of anything. He e-mailed and they fobbed him off with nonsense. Company must be doing well as they take money and do not supply goods ! My 12 year old son has been robbed !”

“They are selling terrible quality products! After I received my T-shirt before wearing them I decided to wash it (single piece with cold water). And what I saw after that was shocking! All logo had black marks (yeah t-shirt was black color) and from XL it become XXXL size. Oh and by the way label on the back was cut off. WHY? So they suggested me 5$ discount for next product. THANK YOU NO!!!!!!!!!!! Please avoid this shitty company.”

“I ordered a 4 T-shirts and I received the first three in about a week and the last shirt took almost a month to receive and when I did finally get it the Extra large fit like a medium-size so I sent it back with a note enclosed (since they have no phone number) almost month ago for an exchange. Never received my shirt so merchbar.com took me for$25.00. That is the last time I do business with them.”

“Worst E-Commerce Experience of My Life Ordered a hoodie for my girlfriend as a birthday gift. I ordered the package April 8th and her birthday is June 24th, figured 2 and a half month would be enough for the package to arrive. I live in Sweden and frequently order packages from the U.S, standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks. The shipping time was very long and although I could "track" my package, it seemed to be still forever. I wrote to the customer service a few times and always got the response that Covid-19 was the reason of the delay and it should arrive soon. Meanwhile I had ordered other packages from the U.S, that did arrive much faster. I received the package on July 6th and had to buy another gift for my girlfriend as the original one didn't arrive in time. After spending 50$ on the hoodie, 20$ on shipping and almost another 20$ on custom charges, I can see that the hoodie I've received isn't in new condition. The item seemed to have been washed faulty and the text on the front was smudged. When contacting their customer service about this issue, I did not receive a response. I am deeply disappointed with my shopping experience.”

“AVOID !!! Bought a ‘Strokes’ sweatshirt for my son’s birthday & paid nearly £10 for delivery. Waited nearly 2 months for delivery & sent query email but told to expect delivery in September due to pandemic (ordered placed in June)! Then, Royal Mail put a card through my door saying there was a Customs Charge due of £13.74...so this means I would havd paid £24 delivery costs for a £28 sweatshirt!!! Now, having read the reviews it seems others have received fake goods...so I am between a rock & a hard place & if I dont pay the extra fee then I have lost £36... Will never ever buy from Merch Bar again...nor goods from China either for that matter! How do they get away with it!!!! Get smart and avoid at all costs...else it will cost you too!!”

“total con artists BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE...on January 12, 2020 at 4:56 pm PDTI placed an Erykah Badu Vinyl in my cart ...after they took my money off credit card they sent me a receipt for a CD 5:16pm PST...i then emailed several depts within 5 minutes asking to cancel...they emailed me back within 15 minutes on a Sunday night at 5:30 pm PST approximately 27 minutes after my request ro cancel telling me its too late to cancel because my item has already been packed and shippes....this indeed was impossible and a LIE....i continued to email support and track shipping which had live updated..the order kept saying submitted for fulfillment unril 11:04 pm July 13, Monday night PST almost Tuesday 2 days later......i was then sent an email fit was shipped ....i was told I have to take the order and then return it....now at 3:11 amPST I get an email telling me no returns on vinyls unless damages...om like u idiots u are sending me a CD not a vinyl...and I would not be returning if was a vinyl....so angry this is riddled with typos please find another merchant...these people are cons and idiots a”

“Merchbar is a scam company!!! Ordered a hoodie for my son, never received it. I can’t get any answers as to when or if it will be shipped out ever. Basically lost money on a product it seems I most likely won’t receive. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Don’t buy from Merchbar!!!!!”
