Ordered a record from them that was supposedly on an 8 week back order. After six months of emailing them for updates and only getting an automatic response I requested to cancel the order and get a refund. They refused the refund and offered store credit, which didn't work as their site kept crashing. Three separate complaints to the Better Business Bureau and they finally agreed to issue a proper refund. However it has now been almost two months of automated emails saying "we will process your refund soon" with now resolution in sight. Absolute nightmare company.

Not sure why I have to give them a one star to write this review. If I could give them negative stars I would. Do not order from this company ever. No merch shipped for over a month, no communication, now going on third week waiting for a refund

Do not waste your time or money on Merchbar! They’ve ripped me off. I’m having the same issue others are complaining about. Ordered two records, separately, around December 2nd. Early January I contact them to see what’s going on and they replied with “Unfortunately, we've encountered some unforeseen processing issues and currently don't have an estimated ship date.” They gave me the run around for a while and then finally canceled my order on February 8th. It’s February 17th and haven’t received my refund or any other communication. I have ordered from Merchbar several times in the past without issue, but I will never order from them again.

The worst experience ever. Order some albums for Christmas presents and they never arrived . Kept asking where they were and when will they be shipped and they gave me the run around . Finally after 8 or 9 weeks I cancelled the order and it’s been over a month since I cancelled and still have not received my refund . I am calling BBB and signing a formal complaint . It’s rediculous and unprofessional . Actually they shouldn’t have taken money from my card until the item shipped out but they took it and I paid for items I have never received it’s now going on 4 months .

Never sent item so cancelled order and asked for refund. Still waiting for a refund a month later. Keep getting automated email replies and being told someone is looking into it . NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GHIS SITE!

I ordered a vinyl last year, after 2 months I still had nothing, I sent an email, and they told me not to worry, today no vinyl and they don't want to refund me. I was robbed, I do not recommend doing business with them, you will lose.

Just as bad as the other reviews. Items I ordered were listed as in stock however months later I have received nothing but notices thanking me for my patience. Worst online purchase experience I have ever had. Don't order anything from them so you won't be sorry you did!

Their website claims they have stock of the item I purchased, but it has been 2 months and I cannot get a clear answer from their customer service team as to why they cannot provide my order.

Terrible company. Ended up doing a chargeback. I ordered records and gave up after over 45 days of trying to get a single one. They take your money the moment you order, not when your item ships. Their customer support takes 3 days to get a canned response. Avoid.

They don’t even deserve one star, I’ve been waiting for an album since December 16th , was charged and have made multiple attempts to get a refund or the album, you just get a runaround!! Never again will I order from them!!!

If I could as well give them 0 stars I 100% would. I ordered two records for a christmas gift and of course just like everyone else was promised the 8 week shipping. One showed on back order so once it was passed the due date I didn’t think much of it. More and More time passed so i tried reaching out and continued to get the generic messages. I called and got the same thing. Now they are having sales on BOTH records I had paid $101.07 for. This is absolutely ridiculous and a waist of your time and money. This business should be shut down and everybody reimbursed for the money whole plus all the lies we had been told for WEEKS, MONTHS, some even YEARS. MERCHBAR SUCKSSSS DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I WARN YOU DO NOT

Made 3 orders the end of September and its now the end of January and have not received. Cancelled two of them earlier in the month but left the big one of $1,800. Cancelled this on Friday after a week of emailing with no response. Wtf is going on with this company. I am hopefully going to be refunded, we'll see.

Still waiting 8 months later for my order. After having 5 ignored emails to customer service and asking for a manager to contact me, I finally received a copy/paste response (not from a manager) saying that they are having supply issues. Insane. Order from literally anywhere else.

Ordered items months ago and still have yet to receive. Anytime I reach out to customer service, they say they are working to fulfill the order. Obviously they do not have the items in stock when purchased. Should not be allowed to operate a business this way. AVOID at all costs.
