SCAM COMPANY. I placed an order on December 9th and paid an extra $30 for express shipping. My order has said “processing” for over a month now. I have sent emails and have went on the website to cancel the order and nothing works. I have had 2 people email me yet neither of them did anything except say “you will receive an email with your confirmation once it ships out”. I have sent emails for weeks now requesting a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They advertise low promotional prices and/or free shipping - only to charge a higher price and/or add in shipping. If you don't catch the bait-and-switch tactic, they refuse to correct their 'error'. HORRIBLE customer service...

Completely awful service! I placed my order with the understanding it should arrive around Jan 3 or 4. On Jan 2, my order was still listed as "processing" so I reached out to customer support since it had been 8 days that is was stuck processing. I know that supply issues are a problem right now, so I tried to give benefit of the doubt. They responded saying it could be another 15 business days before it even ships so I said to just cancel it because it was a birthday gift. Wouldn't you know it? As SOON as I said to cancel it, all of a sudden, it magically switched to "shipped" and they couldn't issue my refund. I will be disputing the charge since the company seems to be a fraud.

Placed order in first week of December for a vinyl album. Their FAQ's on their website said they process orders in 2-3 business days and ship in 6 business days. Several weeks later, the order still hadn't processed or changed status at all, so I reached out to customer support and was told it's actually 15 business days to receive the item once shipped. As the order was intended to be a Christmas gift, I then requested to cancel the entire order. I was told it would be cancelled, and then immediately after that they supposedly shipped the order anyway so it couldn't be cancelled and I was charged for the order. I was then told I could refuse the package once received and they would refund me when it arrived back to them. Well, it's now been almost an entire month since the order was placed, I still haven't received anything from them, there are no tracking updates to give me any indication when or if I will ever receive this item. At this point, it seems like they are a scam and just charge you and never send you anything. I will now dispute the charge through my bank since Merchbar refuses to do anything about this.

This company is a joke - I purchased a shirt to be a gift for Christmas & that didn't happen b/c this company's antiquated system (they sent an XXL instead of a Small shirt & this happened TWICE). In dealing with customer serviced (for weeks) I've be contacted by Gretchen, Maja, Ritchelle, Bryan, Briccio & Karleen. SIX people who have zero authority to refund my money & I have asked countless times to speak to a supervisor to no avail... It's shameful & criminal how this situation has been handled... I'm still waiting on a refund WEEKS LATER...

DO NOT TRUST!!! I ordered a Juice World hoodie as a gift for my friend and within 5 minutes decided to cancel as I realized it would be shipped next year late February. Any good and decent company would refund the customer fully as it was within 5 minutes and no packaging or shipment could occur within such a short time period, but these people are CONNIVING. They would reply to my emails every few days saying that they were working on getting me a refund and cancellation as they understood I canceled within 5 minutes. Within a week, you can guess what happened, they said it was too late to give a refund. These are the sort of companies they warn you to not trust when shopping online. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I placed my order on 11/23. They charged my account on 11/24. I have not received the merchandise to date. I have written numerous emails with totally inadequate responses. I then tried to cancel, and they wouldn’t. Save your money and your time. Beware!!!!

Received an email ad with a good deal on a Tshirt - reduced price and free shipping if you ordered through Insta. Did exactly that but they charged me full price and shipping. Have had multiple email exchanges with their 'customer service' and they are useless. I had a similar bad experience with them in the past but gave them a second chance after they worked with me to resolve the prior problem. I STRONGLY REGRET given them that second chance. AVOID them at all cost.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I ordered a Christmas gift for my friend on 11/28. It is now almost Christmas and still no shirt. 34 dollars down the drain. I can’t get the company to reply to me either I have reached out to them on face book, Instagram and through email and crickets…. Save your money and don’t order from this company.

They are awful!!! Do not order from them. We ordered weeks ago and nothing has happened with our order. We were led to believe things would arrive before Christmas (ordered in November!) and nothing has come (18th). Their response was that we could not cancel our items and basically saying too bad. Ugh. Don’t order from here!!!

Horrible website! Scam artists! Their website wouldn’t finalize the sale so I thought something was wrong so I refreshed and started over with a new payment. To my surprise both orders ended up going through and now they won’t refund my money despite me sending all the proof that both orders were the same exact thing! Do not trust this website! Frauds

This company is a RIP off! I placed an order for my daughter for Christmas before Thanksgiving, assuming it would arrive it plenty of time. I have an email saying it will arrive within 3-6 business days of shipping. Well according to their next email it shipped on 12/3, but I don't have my product. When I try to track my order the postal service says they are still waiting on my pkg!! Customer service sends me another email saying it will take 10-15 business days now! What?!??! I am so upset at this point. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! RIPOFFS! Also, there is no phone number to call to speak with anyone.

Shipping slow as sloths. Took over two weeks for them to get a paid for, “in stock” item to USPS. Label was made days ago and USPS still has not received the item to ship. Way past promised delivery time at this point, especially considering shipping cost $8. Support is even slower to respond and essentially useless. Awful company. Never again will they get a penny from me. Spend your money elsewhere.

Absolute worst retailer on the planet. Have been waiting 9 days for a si.ple hat to ship. Still hasn't, will assume it will be a 30 day delivery from Vegas if and when it ever ships.

I have ordered 3 items so far through merchbar, 3 vinyls. One of which was over a year ago and I still have not received it. The second is in the mail now but has been for months and tracking is broken and the third has been paid for through Paypal yet it has been weeks an no order confirmation. Terrible store, I am about 150 USD out of pocket with them and have 0 items.

Ordered Fleetwood Mac's Play On..this is supposed to be a double album. Including the best of Peter Greene, Oh Well..parts 1 &2!!! Only received one album without Oh well! Bootlegging?? I'm so angry I paid almost $60 US for half of an order!! How do I get this corrected?? Btw the empty sleeve has been glued shut..WTH
