“Do not waste your time or money on Merchbar! They’ve ripped me off.
I’m having the same issue others are complaining about. Ordered two records, separately, around December 2nd. Early January I contact them to see what’s going on and they replied with “Unfortunately, we've encountered some unforeseen processing issues and currently don't have an estimated ship date.” They gave me the run around for a while and then finally canceled my order on February 8th. It’s February 17th and haven’t received my refund or any other communication.
I have ordered from Merchbar several times in the past without issue, but I will never order from them again.”
“The worst experience ever. Order some albums for Christmas presents and they never arrived . Kept asking where they were and when will they be shipped and they gave me the run around . Finally after 8 or 9 weeks I cancelled the order and it’s been over a month since I cancelled and still have not received my refund . I am calling BBB and signing a formal complaint . It’s rediculous and unprofessional . Actually they shouldn’t have taken money from my card until the item shipped out but they took it and I paid for items I have never received it’s now going on 4 months .”

One showed on back order so once it was passed the due date I didn’t think much of it. More and More time passed so i tried reaching out and continued to get the generic messages. I called and got the same thing. Now they are having sales on BOTH records I had paid $101.07 for. This is absolutely ridiculous and a waist of your time and money. This business should be shut down and everybody reimbursed for the money whole plus all the lies we had been told for WEEKS, MONTHS, some even YEARS. MERCHBAR SUCKSSSS DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I purchased a vinyl record from Merchbar on 5/24/24. It is 1/23/25 as I write this review, and I have not received my order or even a response to the four emails I have sent them. Merchbar has consistenly shown that their customers do not matter to them. A wait of 8 months warrants at the very least a courtesy notification and explanation of the delay. A customer should never have to contact them for such an issue in the first place; the fact that they refuse to even acknowledge me is insulting and a display of appalling customer service.
In short, be advised that your orders from Merchbar may or may not arrive, and they will repeatedly ignore you because they do not care about your customer experience at all.”
