“They sent me the wrong shirt which is five EUR cheaper than the one I paid for. They asked me to send the shirt back at my own expense (15 EUR postage) even though they made the mistake: they sent the wrong shirt and one that was cheaper, although they asked for the full price.”

“AVOID MERCHBAR LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! After reading up on others’ experiences, I’m convinced they are con artists. My experience: At checkout, my $250 order of a dozen LPs was placed TWICE!! — 2 duplicate orders created with the same time stamp. Contacted them right away after receiving two separate confirmation emails and confirming duplicate charges. 3 days later I FINALLY get a response from them telling me “unfortunately, its too late to cancel them because they’ve already been shipped.” I’m angry, but I figure i will just send the duplicate packages back. So they finally arrive in my building package room (building staff accepts all packages for tenants) and I email Merchbar again, to inquire about how they’d like me to go about getting the duplicate records back to them and THIS is the response I get: “We're sorry that you weren't able to refuse the delivery for the duplicate records. We understand that you would like to return them free of charge. Unfortunately, as much as we'd love to accomodate your return request, I am sorry that we're unable to. Please note that vinyl records can only be returned if defective or damaged. You may check our Returns Policy here for your reference. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. In the meantime, if ever there's something you need assistance with, please feel free to send us a message, and we'll gladly help you. Regards, Rosie Merchbar Fan Support” NEVER AGAIN!!!!!”

“Horrible. Paid full price for a new t shirt. Was sent an old, faded, clearly worn stretched out t shirt. Tried to tell me it was the “wash”. Um, No. Even the graphic is cracked and blurry. Refuse a refund unless I pay return shipping which I refuse to do. Will NEVER order from this company again.”

“It's been a month since I ordered a vinyl from them and it hasn't been delivered yet. So, I curiously looked at my confirmation email with the tracking information today to find out they cancelled my order for no reason 2 weeks ago. I NEVER received an email or anything letting me know my order was canceled. On top of that, I was never refunded my money on my purchase. So now, they just made a free $35 dollars off me with no refund. This is ridiculous, don't buy from this company.”

“Ordered a THICK, well SEWN Joey Ramone patch worth $35 bucks, but got : a flimsy THIN cheap Ramones knockoff PRINT patch worth $5 at best. NOT what I was shown, not what I ordered, and ripped off big time. This company is SH*T, and yes I should have read reviews. Never again..”

“Don't buy from them! I still waiting my order after 1 month (overpriced, 3 times more then Amazon for the same product) I tried to cancel but the say is not possible and is not possible to have a refund. I thought it was a good company but I found a circus. DON'T BUY FROM THEM”

“I would give a minus ZERO if I could! They sent the wrong size shirt that had the tag cut off so there was no way to verify the size. I have wasted hours with them going back and forth on emails and jumping through hoops filling out their online return request which REQUIRED pictures. In the end they are still telling me they did nothing wrong and will not pay for return shipping. Un-F'N-Believable. I've filed a dispute with PayPal and I will NEVER purchase from this B.S. racket again.”

“Terrible. Sounds the same as others, wish I'd read first. Ordered records, month later I contact them, they tell me the order was canceled, then they have me the royal run around to get my money back. Do not give this company your business or money!”

“I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order with this company. Zero communication and generally poor customer service. Order status states expected shipping date of May 28, now June 18 and no update or response to queries. Stay away if you can. Order directly from the artists website or Amazon.”

“Pre-ordered Waterparks Greatest Hits album March 31, thought I could trust them because the link was on their actual Spotify account. They didn't even create the shipping lable until a week after the album release and now the USPS tracking number doesn't work. I emailed USPS customer service to see if it's an issue on their end then I found this site with a bunch of people talking about how horrible Merchbar is. I really wish I would have gotten a cooler vinyl from anywhere else when they dropped but I only wanted to get one of the album. Total waste of my time and money. Word of advice, look up to find that same exact merch anywhere else before you ever try Merchbar.”

“Placed an order for 3 items. Immediately the charge went through for all 3 but the confirmation email only showed 2 items. I was able to figure out one item was cancelled simultaneously with the order going through so within 5 mins of my confirmation I requested to cancel the whole order because I didn’t think it was worth it to just get the other 2 items I wanted. They emailed me back that one of the items was already too far in process to cancel but they would TRY to cancel the other item. Still waiting to hear on that... Terrible service.... I will never order from them again.”

“They deserve no stars. One month and no response then they claim they can’t ship to Canada. They then offer to give me store credit. Now they are saying that it will take over 10 business to process the refund. They are deceitful and disingenuous and misrepresented everything in the transaction. Avoid using merchbar.”

“Don't order from these people! Been waiting three weeks for any sign of the item being shipped. This wasn't a preorder either. They stated it was in stock. Luckily I've paid via PayPal and currently seeking a refund through them. Artists, please don't use this company to sell merch on your behalf. They are unreliable.”

“DO NOT PRE-ORDER anything from Merchbar if you care about getting it. Pre ordered a limited lp 2.5 months ago and then I suddenly get a cancellation refund. The record is now sold out everywhere else and 3x the price second hand. Garbage company will never order from again!!”

“Don't order from merchbar if you live in Canada...they dont track their international shipments..make you wait 60 business days only to tell you it was returned to sender and now we no longer have it in stock...same exact excuse for 2 out of 3 orders....waste of time. Will NOT be ordering again.”
