“After ordering 5 months ago - and nothing ever shipped - I requested to cancel order. They claim they can’t refund since the order is “so old”. The only reason it’s old is that they have never fulfilled the order. SCAM !!!!!! Also their customer service takes easily a week to respond. With no resolution.”
“Honestly don't understand how they have a 1.4 star rating, and why anyone would leave them any reviews over 1 star. These guys are actually scammers, that is the truth. They don't ship out orders, and the customer service is actually the worst I've ever dealt with. I did end up getting my money back, but not until after I filed a complaint with the BBB, and opened a fraud case with my bank. If you plan on trying to get a refund by contacting them directly, don't waste your time. It won't get you nowhere, as their customer service is completely useless. File a complaint with the BBB and/or your financial institution. You'll get it back eventually, don't worry. I wish I knew about this before ordering anything, because it would've saved me a lot of time. I genuinely wish that they go out of business, because a company like that should not exist. It's sad that they're "officially licensed", I just know that so many people fell for their scam that way. Please, just take my advice and stay away!”
“Placed an order over a year ago and never received the items. When I tried to get a refund I was told they were unable to do this and the best they could do was give me in store credit I agreed, big mistake. I ordered other vinyl, with the credit made sure it was in stock now it has been over 3 weeks and on their status webpage it just says "ordered" no movement. Tried calling only to speak with a rude answering service, and their email support only gives very non-helpful responses and take days to respond.”
“Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Ordered a vinyl record December 1 for a Christmas present. Item said it was in stock and would ship 1-2 business days. It's now January 2 and it's still in processing. I asked for a refund we'll see if that even happens. Money shouldn't be taken out until the item ships. Checked with the better business bureau and it's not registered with them. This company should be shut down!!”

Reached out to CS and waited over a week, only receiving automated “we are really busy” emails. Finally had to dispute the purchase with my credit card. STAY AWAY. COMPLETE SCAM”
