I ordered a sweatshirt weeks ago. I never received an email about to confirm the order but they took the money out within two days. The sweatshirt I ordered has been "processing" for several weeks. Would NOT recommend shopping from here.

Awful. Ordered a sweatshirt in December and they keep delaying the time as I keep writing them. Even told me my item was pre-ordered, when it has been out for quite a while, and does NOT say that anywhere on the packaging. They said they would message the wearhouse and delayed it even longer. Horrible company, with very sketchy shipping times. 0 star rating if I could.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter the first week of December. This was for Christmas, As of 1/13, I still do not have my product. Stay tuned and I will update if they give a quick efficient refund. I would be VERY CAREFUL purchasing from this site.

Ordered 6 weeks ago and item hasn't arrived. No response from customer service. Tracking number gives no info. I've accepted that it was a mistake to order from them given the reviews on here. Avoid like the plague!!!

BEWARE CUSTOMS CHARGE. Ordered T-shirt for my son 12 December after he chose it and forwarded the link to us. It arrived at UK Post Office 7th January BUT with a £11.36p customs fee to pay before collection. This is half the price again of the product! No info re this charge on their website. Will never order from this dreadful company again.

Rubbish company who rip you off with poor service and slow responses, don't waste your time or money as you will be lucky to receive any goods !! I have wasted time sending emails and asking to complain about poor service but never any details of whom to complain too, I have been waiting a month and still nothing, tracking detail are useless as it only tracks in the States.......AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered sweat pants on November 3rd for my daughters birthday over a month early. Its now January 3rd and Im still waiting. Tracking says its still processing and hasnt been delivered. Emailed them and they just say sorry and we r working on your order and will ship it soon. Shopping cart said 5 to 7 business days SERIUOSLY!.. I wont order from them again.

I ordered a vinyl on 12/25/19. The status still shows as "being processed". I have contacted (via email) the company in regards to my order and all they say is it is still processing. It definitely should not take almost 2 weeks just to ship ONE item.

I ordered the product on 12/18/19 and it is now 12/23/19 and it is saying it hasn’t been shipped and is still processing! There is also no contact phone number. Terrible

Do not buy from this company. The hoodie I purchased had large areas of missed printing. They would not respond to emails and wouldn’t provide info to return the shirt

I ordered 1 shirt and 1 vinyl and after purchasing they sent me an email that my shirt order was canceled. And Dec 7th my vinyl was delivered on a parcel locker but I haven't got any key from USPS. Up yo now, Dec 14th, I haven't got any reply that where my package was. HORRIBLE...........

If I could give them NO stars I would. A restaurant employee stole my credit card and ran up a bunch of purchases on Merchbar. Obviously it wasn't me and my charges were reversed but I asked Merchbar, being an online company, to help me get the address to which the merchandise was to be shipped...so I could prosecute this person and prevent it happening to anyone else. I even offered to sign a release of liability. They didn't care, refused to help me....and put me off for over a month before telling me they couldn't help me. THey don't care how they get paid...even if the credit card was stolen. BEWARE of this company and their ethics or lack thereof.

I ordered a shirt from Merchbar over 2 months ago. As of today, it still says my order is "processing" and hasn't even been shipped. I live in the US and the item was in stock, so there is no reason for this extreme delay. I contacted customer support a month ago regarding this and they were no help at all. Contacted them again recently, but still waiting for a reply (although I doubt they will be useful). Do yourselves a favor, save yourself some stress, and don't buy from this company. I am starting to think MerchBar is illegitimate and a complete sham.

Ordered an Oliver Tree T shirt, took over a month to arrive, the print quality and color is garbage. The bag it was in was already ripped open so it was probably somebody else's return and they didnt even bother to repackage it. I'm not even going to bother to try to return it, if simply placing an order took a month, I don't even want to find out what dealing with customer service is like. Never ordering from this site again.

If I could leave stars in the negative I would. Still don't have my merch and it's been over 2 months. They keep giving me the run around staying they moved warehouses and don't have a ship date yet, etc. HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW AFTER THIS LONG??????????? What kind of business are you? TERRIBLE. DON'T ORDER.

2 weeks later and no shipping updates. should've tried amazon or ebay. im just on the east coast. this feels like one of those overseas orders that probably will take months on ship to arrive. God forbid that id have to return it.. this might take years . $#!+

HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!They sent email saying my order shipped & would be here in 3-6 business days it has been 7 so I emailed them telling them I can’t even track it with number & company they sent it thru & they just emailed me asking if I could wait 5 more business days!!!I told them no cancel my order & am waiting for response!!*Update:they said they can not cancel my order & said to mail it back for refund which I will be doing!!!!
