"If I could as well give them 0 stars I 100% would. I ordered two records for a christmas gift and of course just like everyone else was promised the 8 week shipping. One showed on back order so once it was passed the due date I didn\u2019t think much of it. More and More time passed so i tried reaching out and continued to get the generic messages. I called and got the same thing. Now they are having sales on BOTH records I had paid $101.07 for. This is absolutely ridiculous and a waist of your time and money. This business should be shut down and everybody reimbursed for the money whole plus all the lies we had been told for WEEKS, MONTHS, some even YEARS. MERCHBAR SUCKSSSS DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I WARN YOU DO NOT"

"I ordered an album for my daughter on Jan 4th 2024 as of today it is still being processed. When I contact support they say it\u2019s on back order but on website it shows in stock. Almost a year and still haven\u2019t received my order. Buyer beware, I unfortunately did not read reviews before I purchased."
