I have been trying to get through their system to get our account limit increased, but the account rep, the sales team, and the compliance team ALL failed to get back to me for over 2 months!. One of the most appallingly bad customer support experiences I have seen in my career! The live chat people are fine, but I don't think they have any power to provide solutions other than logging tickets.

Terrible company tried to charge me cancellation fees, claiming there was a contract—but there isn’t one, then she hung up on me. So rude.

AWFUL Customer service. I have been trying to cancel our account for 6 weeks. First they wanted me to have a call to "discuss why we were leaving". No thank you, not needed, please cancel. More emails back and forth and another monthly charge. I finally put a charge back on my CC, which I thought got their attention. They still will not refund the one charge that went through., I finally got an email last week saying the subscription is cancelled, but we were charged AGAIN today. For $25 a month this is ridiculous. I've spent more time answering their emails than it would have taken to cancel the subscription on the first request I sent back on June 3rd. Do not waste your time. There are plenty other options out there for texting customers.

We inherited this company when they purchased the messaging company that we were previously using. Since that time we have had nothing but problems with message media. Their customer service is atrocious, they do not return calls they communicates Strictly via email It takes days to get a response! When we created a blast that for some reason was not meeting their guidelines, they said that the blast was unsuccessful and failed, but they took away all of the allotment of our texts because of failed text which we told them was totally ridiculous. On 2 Occasions this happened and they told me The sales representative would call me back and he would be able to put those back into my account because we didn’t get to use anything for the entire month. All of our volume went to failed text messages for $172.. No one ever called me back to go over it! I would never recommend using this company. They are the worst.! Another issue I had was that I increased the number of messages per month permanently and then every month they kept reverting it back to the lower number and then I would get charged all this overage! They do not seem to have their act together!

More disappointed. After six months with inadequate customer service, disappointing Trouble ticket resolution And being bounced around from representative to representative trying to find the “right department,“ we are now pursuing other efforts. This is text messaging people, It doesn’t have to be this difficult difficult.

Perhaps this company is winding down. Called x10 times over 1 week period. Kept going to a message stating helping other customers (this is the sales department). Left x3 voicemail msgs. Not 1 return phone call. As I have found the sales department are far more helpful so I call them. No return call. Sent a msg on FB no reponse, 8 emails and 4 phone calls later to try to get to the bottom of a billing problem. Used to be a gr8 service however since outsourcing tech and billing support its actually impossible to use as support is extremely ineffective and time consuming.

some arbitrary monthly limit is placed on number of SMS we can send per month. This is done without any explanation and prior warning. Our customer care department is shut for nearly 2 days due to this. Despite contacting the support 4 times through different channels it hasn't been resolved. Ridiculous service and tech support. The people in the support call center seem to be be supportive and courteous, i think its just the engineering team thats absent and uninterested.

Cancel with them and expect to pay another month's worth "as per our 30-day cancellation notice period." I only needed 1 month of use which seems to be impossible. I canceled before the end of this period but I get to pay another month's worth. Rip-off.

I don't find the interface easy to use. there are far too many steps to get to the end result. I'm in the process of handing over my current position and am writing notes for my colleague to show them how to use Message Media. I have counted 10 steps to get to the final screen which I think is ridiculous. And having to print out every screen as I cant remember myself which button to click on next. I also feel preparing the Excel spreadsheet is another time consuming exercise, ie, deleting all unnecessary fields , then changing the word "Mb Phone" to "Mobile", then copying and pasting those fields into another document (otherwise it wont upload). All too complicated. I prefer SMS through my regular email with two simple steps, but unfortunately am unable to use it due to spam . I had to call customer service which were helpful a couple of times to guide me through all the steps as at first I found it overwhelming, now its just very time consuming and frustrating to remember each time I use it. Sorry, not a fan.
