I been a victim of a fraud transaction from a fraud company named LUCKY2GO. I reported the same day to Metro bank, what happen was that metro bank let the money from pending to be released but never try to charge back. Now they restricted my joint account with my wife which we been clients since 2016 and rather than chasing the real criminals they are holding us ransom and with bills to pay, from rent to council tax and credit cards. The way we've been treated is abismal. Metro bank should work for the clients not to criminal fraud company's. I'll never trust Metro bank ever again and now i have to go to litigation with them through ombudsman to the bank of England. Unbelievable.

Poor banking experience and complaints service. I opened a new account which was accepted then closed a week later. I had a remaining £1 left in the account and ask a store advisor is my account closed and what happened. They failed to provide reasons but assured me the account was closed. 4 weeks and two complaints later I am wasting hours travelling to a store to finalise the close and withdraw £1 as they can't transfer it to me or keep it with my permission. A lot of hassle for trying to be a customer. PLEASE AVOID OTHER BANKS ARE A LOT BETTER

I think this business is a fraud. For over three months now, I've been having problems getting my money returned, and they keep telling me it's still being processed. A corporation that refuses to return your money is difficult to trust. The way they are acting is immoral. They create fake reviews on websites and offer inflated returns guarantees. Recently, they have begun freezing people's assets, including mine, and demanding additional funds before permitting withdrawals. Right now, reporting the event to M.E.R.S.E.Y.H.I.P., a recovery platform that specializes in helping clients get their money back, is the best line of action. I made an investment with this company, and they promised me substantial profits, which they delivered. However, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, I encountered difficulties. I tried to withdraw money from my account for nearly three months, but they kept telling me it was "processing." Seriously, how long does it take to process? There’s no trusting a company that holds onto your money, promises it'll arrive shortly, and three months later, you’re still empty-handed. Losing money to online banking is too rampant these days, and scammers are getting more intelligent. That's why getting a legitimate expert on recovery of stolen crypto is so difficult without having scam experience. Most people have been scammed several times and they give up on their funds. They claim that both deposits and withdrawals are possible, but I can attest from personal experience that this is never the case. Instead of allowing people to withdraw their funds after making a deposit, the scheme is to prevent them from doing so. Even if the issue is brought to the attention of the authorities, which I did, nothing is likely to be done. Please exercise caution and avoid them; I was a victim of an investment scam, so I am aware of how they operate and what it's like to lose a significant amount of money to fraudsters. Do not hesitate to report, file, and receive consultation from L I N C O X R E C L A I M. They gave me the greatest option for recovering my money, and it was well worth it.

This is properly the worst bank you can do business with in the United States the customer service is so bad that it makes me sick to even call them they keep you on the phone waiting for an hour all I want to do is pay my car loan with a customer rep and then when they do answer they have to give u to someone else which is a half hour wait time the are so disgusting to do business with they don’t even deserve a rating hope they go out of business or get bought out by a real bank

Online banking app will lock your log in profile even if you just logged out and logged back in, all my log in information has been correct yet it just suddenly blocks you. Also metro bank has poor customer service
