“Wonderful product and company to work with. I broke the gear when it ran into a curb and kept running when I wasn't paying attention. My fault not the product. Called MGI and the person told us to watch the video and we could easily repair it ourselves to save costs of shipping it in for service. Wonderful video made the replacement go smooth.”

“I've had my MGI AT buggy for about 4 years. The bottom holding strap broke (the clip section) after my buggy ripped over on a hill. I ordered a new one which was reasonably expensive. Very easy to order and it was delivered within the week. Hopefully I won't need anymore parts or "add ons" in the future.”

“Pretty easy to order the battery. I wish there was a diagram to illustrate the proper orientation and installation. I had to ask my brother to take a picture of his opened remote. It was an easy install with his photo.”

“I purchased the accessory pack as it was cheaper than just buying the carry bag. The carry bag is nice and seems well built, however the wheel covers are cheap and ripped upon the first time I put them on. Also the accessory bag is more of a pouch than a bag and is of little use. I have almost 200 miles on the navigator AI and no complaints so far, it is well built and carries my bag without issue. I did however break the belt clip on the remote while clipping to my belt and was told no warranty as that is normal use. Another issue is the App as there isn’t communication between the App and the machine, I should be able to start the app and have it upload my score card data for later viewing after the round. It’s very inconvenient to have to enter data on both the app and the machine during the round.”

“The technical response was great, the delivery of the part was good but disappointed that the new bracket was not sent with it shown I the repair video and had to wait another three days before I could use on the course”
