“I bought the AVI AT golf caddy. went 36 with it yesterday on one charge. no problems. love this thing. huge game changer. need to be a little careful with roots and curbs. I probably will end up buying a cart bag, as my carry/stand bag is not ideal for this... but a great problem to have.”

“Loved my cart until the battery conked out after 3 years. I live in Hawaii and MGI is unable to ship lithium battery there even though cart and battery were shipped here originally. Had battery delivered to friend in Las Vegas. She also was unable to ship battery and returned it to MGI. I still have not received my refund.”

“Prompt response to my inquiries. I have a Zip Navigator it is a strong product. Needed a replacement cable for the remote it was easy to order on the MGI website. Paid $20 for the cable. Paid $20 for the shipping which was a bit high. The cable works fine.”

“The MGI Navigator AT is fantastic. The umbrella holder and umbrella work well. The score card holder has a challenge to open and close the cover. Suggest altering the design. The most important item was the cooler. Not a good design, extremely limited. I understand the reason for not making it larger, but its current design fails to meet even the most reasonable expectations. Attached is the cooler from Clic Gear that can carry a blue ice, 28 oz Gatoraid and snacks. The upper compartment can hold peronal items. Consider.”
