“I have the older version Quad Navigator which stopped working unexpectedly. Battery seemed to be charged and so figured was Controller. MGI tech support was wonderful! They answered the phone quickly and helped me troubleshoot along the way. The Controller was not the solution; more calls to Tech Support. Still awesome support. Figured was battery which has been received and determined to be the culprit; all working well. Shipped the Controller back no issues.”

“To date I have a favorable opinion of MGI Golf. Sales has been great but the Service responses have been slow. On Wed Jan 22nd, I met the USA Office Mgr, S. Topps at the 2025 PGA Show in Orlando. We will connect next week when she returns to the office and that could potentially add another star.”

“I have a older model MGI Quad Series and my drink bottle holder broke in a crash. The new one fits perfectly and will allow me to continue having my drink handy on hot days. Still running great after 15 yrs.”

“I LIKE THE TRAVEL BAG. FITS MY CART. HOWEVER I APPREAR TO HAE BOUGHT THE INMCORRECT COLLER BAG FROM MY CART. THE CLIP DOES NOT FIT THE HANDLE. WOIULD APPEAR I DO NOT HAVE A A! FRAME. MY FRAME IS TO WIDE/THICK FORT HE CLIP ON THE BAG. CAN I CHANGE THE BAG FOR A CORRECT ONE?”
