“My Zip Navigator started having a problem moving. I sent a video to the MGI service department, and they quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a link to purchase a replacement part, and a link to a video showing how to replace the part. The video was extremely detailed and easy to follow. I successfully replaced the part and the Navigator is running fine. MGI service was exceptional!”

“This is my first E-cart. MGI came highly rated from several of my golfing buddies and they did not disappoint! I found this cart to be very easy to use. I must admit, the first three holes required a learning curve but after that, no issues whatsoever. I really like this cart and look forward to walking and using it 3-4 times per week. Great product and even better customer service by Erika Anderson.”
