very good service - rang first for some basic advice on diagnosis then ordered the controller. Arrived in 3 days with no issues. Installation was relativelly simple disconnecting of the old controller and installing the replacement.

Product was perfect, delivery was quick. Packaging and feight charge a little excessive. Could have been packed in a small padded bag.

I'm a little disappointed with MGI. I walked 9 holes with my MGI Navigator and got caught in a thunderstorm. I had an umbrella and covered the cart as best I could. I was able to complete the 9 hole round and when I got home I dried everything as best I could. The next day I was going to walk 9 holes but my Navigator stopped working about 100 yards off of the first tee. When I contacted MGI service, all I got was an email stating that I had voided my warranty. I properly disposed of my original lithium battery and ordered a new battery from MGI. When I installed the battery the Navigator began moving again but with a loud grinding noise coming from the rear wheel base. It is still working but I'm afraid it is just a matter of time before it breaks down. Disappointing

Getting the Navigator serviced is very difficult if not impossible. I have found in the past the most individuals responsible for customer service to be rude and uncaring.

Everything is going great! I have one issue that I'd like you to resond to.......I charged the battery (all night) and remote, and due to rain delays, didn't use them for about 10 days. I thought that all would be good yet the battery died on the 3rd hole. How long should I expect the battery to hold a charge without use? It was installed on the trolley during this time. Do I need to charge it and not install it until it is to be used, or do I need to chargge it the night before and install it just before loading my bag onto it? It seems to me that the charge should have lasted the 10 days. Thank you, Scott Maclise

I received my gear box axel assembly as stated when I purchased it. Installed it and went to put the wheels on and my wheels don't fit the upgraded axel assembly. At no time was I instructed that I needed to purchase new wheels to fit my new axel assembly. Kinda thrown back by that .it states that if your cart was manufactured in 2018 or before that I needed to call in .I purchased my cart in 2021 . Come to find out that they don't offer the color combo that I originally came with my cart.

Everything about the MGI unit is great. In ordering a new remote I was a little upset with the fact that you’re free shipping takes so long to get to its location. It seems to me it could’ve been faster.

Buyin the MGI Trolley has been a great decision. It enables me to walk withoug carrying my bag. the equipment works great and would recommend to anyone to purchase a trolley to make golf easy. Also, the MGI team has been absolutely wonderful in customer service when I have needed their support. this has jus tbeen a great purchase.

This is the 4th replacement same part I've had to purchase. New design I hope it's better than the last design which was poor given the price of the cart.
