“I picked up 3 items. The first is the zip top bag spacer. Great simple solution if you have a shorter or ladies bag. Lowers the top holder just enough. The remote case and key mat is also a cost saver rather than a new remote. Last was just a replacement for the bottom bungee cord. Same as the original.”

“After 3 years of use my remote for the Zip Navigator sort of died. It would connect to my Zip Nasvigator and loose connection about 20 seconds later. Called the office and they told me that the remote is/was dieing. So I order na replacement, and the replacement aren't cheep. After about 2 weeks the new remote arrived and when I programed it, it immediately worked. So I am up and running again! The MGI office was very helpful and were able to take my order for a replacment.”

“I love my new electric buggy. However, I believe MGI could adjust the weight balance more effectively so that it isn't quite as prone to tipping over. I am sure the engineers could easily do it and it would add stability to the cart. I have the all-terrain version yet it is still "tip-prone".”

“After nearly three years of use, the front wheeel assembly gave out. The trolley was still under warranty, but sending it back to MGI for this kind of fix made zero financial sense. Instead, I purchased a new one. Unfortunately, installation was no simple trick, so I took it to a golf cart dealer/repair shop who did it for me for $20. I'm very satisfied with the trolley after all my use of it, but the warranty situation leaves a lot to be desired. MGI really should arrange for local repair of items still under warranty. The technician who corresponded with me was helpful and responsive, but his (and my) options were extremely limited.”
