“Have not used it yet as it is winter in Minnesota. Although I previously owned the MGI Zip Navigator which I thoroughly enjoyed.”

“Very disappointing customer service experience. Purchased a cooler / storage bag on sale only to find out that MGI has different parts for different models. Had to absorb cost of return. Better off purchasing from Amazon rather than OEM.”

“Happy with the service although they sent the wrong order and had to redirect it back to the warehouse and send the right order, just a bit of communication would have been nice. All turned out ok in the end.”
