“I recently purchased the MGI Zip Navigator AT - All Terrain. I have used it for 27 holes and it as tipped over 5 times. I like playing early in the morning so there is dew on the grass and the coarse I play is hilly. Each time the cart as tipped over the wheels just spins going up hill with no traction and eventually tipping over before I can rescue it. I thought the AT was a all Terrain electric golf caddy but I was mistaken. I'm extremely disappointed with it and wish I could return it. The return policy requires I return it by 30 days from the purchase date which has came and passed.”

“This is the best cart on the market. It has great range and really is almost 100% non-tip over. The only thing is response to emails is a little hard to get information back but, the last communication was great.”

“It took numerous e-mails with MGI to get someone to recommend that I purchase a new remote for my buggy. The time it took to do accomplish this was about 3 weeks. Needless to say, this was frustrating. However, now that I have my new remote the buggy works fine.”

“So far so good! My husband had an issue with the cart the first day he received it. It was user error, he did state the instructions could have contained more information on the initial set up. But the online videos did help out immensely.”

“I like the cart, find it very stable and sturdy and it’s easy to use. I’m still learning how to use the remote in that the pressure given to the left and right buttons drastically affects the amount of turn. I’m certain that this is my problem and I’ll improve with time. My only concern is that I bought the 2024 model believing that it came with the 36 hole battery and mine came with the 299 watt battery which is apparently the least powerful battery you offer.”

“Item was broken when it arrived ! Tried to contact you and got zero response ! Item extended still requires the umbrella extender and is a half inch longer then normal golf Umbrella and covers less area ! Not worth the money !!! Period !!! V/R R.E. Knoll”
