“Your website was not user friendly in that the R wheel was advertised, but the L wheel was no where near it. so by error I bought 2R wheels and they don't work on the L side”

“very good service - rang first for some basic advice on diagnosis then ordered the controller. Arrived in 3 days with no issues. Installation was relativelly simple disconnecting of the old controller and installing the replacement.”

“I'm a little disappointed with MGI. I walked 9 holes with my MGI Navigator and got caught in a thunderstorm. I had an umbrella and covered the cart as best I could. I was able to complete the 9 hole round and when I got home I dried everything as best I could. The next day I was going to walk 9 holes but my Navigator stopped working about 100 yards off of the first tee. When I contacted MGI service, all I got was an email stating that I had voided my warranty. I properly disposed of my original lithium battery and ordered a new battery from MGI. When I installed the battery the Navigator began moving again but with a loud grinding noise coming from the rear wheel base. It is still working but I'm afraid it is just a matter of time before it breaks down. Disappointing”
